Beautifully decorated with modern furnishings and bold colors! This gorgeous residence at The Olympian is located right off Yampa Street - right downtown! Just steps away from plenty of shops and restaurants, as well as the Rodeo Grounds, Trails on Emerald Mountain, and the beautiful Yampa River. Yampa Street is also the home of our Farmer's Market, from June to September every Saturday
The corner residence boasts open floorplan with urban loft inspired design and enjoys exceptional views of Howelsen Hill. Whether entertaining or being entertained, this space is perfect for groups or family gatherings. The well-appointed kitchen has Viking gas range plus oversized island, the kitchen opens up nicely to the living and dining areas. The living area is well defined with a large plush wraparound sofa, bold and bright area rug and accent furniture create a very warm and inviting space. Enjoy the gas fireplace, in front of the flat screen TV, or just kick back and relax.
In the bedrooms, the primary bedroom features a flat screen TV, and a spacious ensuite with double sinks, a soaking tub and marble tiled shower. Both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have a shared jack and jill style bathroom. There is also a powder room off the living space. This residence can accommodate up to 8 guests.
The private deck off the living room offers nice outdoor area, plus spectacular views the Yampa River and Howelsen Hill. This is an unbeatable location to watch the fireworks over Winter Carnival and 4th of July celebrations.

We had a great time staying in Steamboat. The unit was spacious and comfortable within a short walk to downtown.

This property pleased us in every way. It is spacious and nicely furnished. The outside terrace/balcony was worth the entire rental price. Great view of the Yampa River and all the tubers going by. We could walk to most bars and restaurants easily. We stayed over the 4th of July and enjoyed all the activities. An easy walk to the rodeo and parade. Location simply could not be better. Not only do we recommend it, we will stay here again. Two thumbs up!

Loved this property. Great location and just as described. Very clean and had a great time. Check-in with the property management company was less than great. They weren’t very helpful and didn’t have the greatest attitude. When they forgot to give us the garage door opener and we couldn’t get in the building, they told me they’d get back to me. After waiting over 45 minutes with no response, we drove back to the office and they seemed aggravated. The location and condo were amazing though!!! Absolutely worth staying.

NYE Family Fun :)
The condo was very nice, and a bit larger than we thought it would be. A little clunky getting into the condo- stairs/elevator inside the building then walk down an outside hallway to get to the door of the unit. The kitchen was very well stocked with pots/pans, plates, mugs etc… Very quick and easy walks to area restaurants. Nice quick trip to the ski resort- 15 mins. tops. We were very happy with our stay here :)

Perfect summer spot on the Yampa River!
We could not think of a better location in Steamboat for a summer trip. We enjoyed coffee on the porch every AM looking at our son fish in the river, the Farmers Market on Saturdays, sunsets and more. We missed the rodeo that started the day we left, but bought tubes from Walgreens and tubed down the Yampa River numerous times, horseback rode at Saddleback Ranch, rafted down the Colorado River, Stagecoach Reservoir paddle boarded and fished, Old Town Hot Springs, and far too many great meals to list. The absolute ONLY thing that could have made it perfect is the mattress in the Master was a bit worn and our backs were ready for more support by mid week. We took advantage of the farmers market right down below both Saturdays we were there. Awesome vacation for us and our 12 and 13 year old kids. Thank you, beautiful place!

Awesome Location! Beautiful View!
We had a great stay at this property. It is perfectly located in downtown Steamboat Springs, we were able to walk to shops/restaurants/breweries. The double doors leading out to the balcony open up with a great view of the river & mountain. Underground parking was great. You have to go off-site to pick up keys & sign documents upon arrival, which was not explained in advance and a little inconvenient, but other than that everything was awesome! We would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to anyone looking to visit Steamboat.

We enjoyed our stay at OL301. Very nice unit, well equipped, nice view and close to everything downtown. The free city bus got us everywhere we wanted and its just one block away. We plan to come back soon!

Very well equipped unit with great view of the river and Emerald Mountain. Completely walkable to everything downtown; a short drive to grocery, Walmart, etc. we will be Back next year fof a longer stay and will request the same unit.

We stayed in the Olympion 301 condo for a week in July 2018. It is a beautiful condo and hands-down the best vacation rental I have ever stayed in. Located downtown, we hardly even used our car but were grateful for the underground parking garage when we needed it. Pioneer Ridge was easy to work with and very accommodating. I would not hesitate to rent again with them in the future. Thanks for the great stay!

Beautiful condo, great location
Fabulous condo. In downtown Steamboat, walk to restaurants, shops, and grocery store. 1/2 block from bus stop that takes you to Steamboat Resort. Free access to town hotsprings 2-3 blocks away. Very well equipped kitchen. Clean and neat. Only negative was that snow plow scrapes parking lot at 5 am (right outside master bedroom) when there is fresh snow. This was a minor annoyance in an otherwise fabulous experience. Would definitely return.

Incredible location for a family gathering
We had a wonderful time here, with a family of 5 (three kids under 4). Space has terrific energy, well suited for entertaining, beautiful view, and walking distance to a ton of great restaurant options. While we did not use the pool option, it is only a few blocks down the street and looked terrific from the street. Property was immaculate, and the elevator option was unbelievably useful for access with all of the kids.
The only caveat was that a ceiling tile broke and fell on our daughter while we were there. (The AC was running full bore and was clearly rattling inside the master closet.) The management company apologized profusely over the phone and sent someone over immediately. The maintenance person arrived, quickly gathered the tile up, and then left. We were a little surprised when they never followed up on any level. For this alone I am giving this review four instead of five stars. The property is absolutely stunning and we would happily stay here again.

Awesome place in the heart of downtown Steamboat
The place was fantastic! We had 8 people staying here and there was plenty of room. The patio is fantastic and has a great view of the river and good access to the path that runs along it. It is a short walk to all the restaurants and shops downtown. We loved it so much we hardly wanted to leave the place! The only complaint we had is no sheets in the house for the pull-out couch. Overall we would highly recommend this place and would most certainly come back to stay again!
