We stayed at this condo 1 week in June, 2024. It was a beautiful condo in a beautiful setting. There were no deck chairs at the condo. However, it wasn’t important enough for us to ask anyone while we were there as it was cold.

Excellent location to Dillon Marina, Bike path, and Arapahoe Cafe. Not fancy at all but everything in working order . The main king bed is very comfortable. Nice view of the Gore Range. Quiet time of year so it was really relaxing .

Great location! The town of Dillon is very quaint and the people are laid back and kind.
We chose this property for the view and the mountains did not disaapoint! The condo was perfect size for the 2 of us. The property management was easy to work with and the condo was clean and ready by check-in.
The one downfall was the construction on the street in front, but that is no fault of the property owners, guessing it will be done soon.
One request I would have for a future visit and for all your future renters, is to create a better outdoor living space, with some comfortable patio furniture. With that view, i would have sat on patio every day.
Thank you Dillon, CO we will be back

Reviewer Comments:
The rental has a truly amazing view of Dillion Lake. Bike accessories to the Dillion lake bike trail is equally good. The place is newly updated and clean. There are somethings you need to be prepared for. There are no curtains on the large glass door and glass side panels. This lets in the afternoon sun. The temperature was 85 in the condo with no air conditioning. The large screen tv is mounted next to the glass wall/door turning in screen into a massive solar reflector. So do think of watching tv until after sunset.
They say it sleeps six, but only if 4 of you sleep in the downstairs king bed.
Also be aware there is nowhere to but your cloths, so be prepared to live out of you suit case. We enjoyed biking, hiking and good restaurants in the area. The condo has excellent location. There is a nice kitchen for meal preparation. Over a good stay for the two of us.

TV
It was fine, however the TV was terrible. No locale programing and couldn't watch NBC on Sunday morning for the British Open.
