About this apartment rental
Top-floor studio condominium overlooking Snowmass Ski Area. Cozy up in front of your own personal wood-burning fireplace or enjoy our onsite two-tier hot tubs after a full day of skiing or hiking. Featuring a queen bed, queen pull-out sofa & full kitchen, make this studio your home away from home while enjoying all Snowmass Village has to offer. Perfect for families of four, romantic getaways, or ski trips with friends.

Laurelwood 413 is located in the heart of Snowmass Village - you are just steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more.
Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking.
Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $16.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival.
On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly.
We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember!

A cozy night in and a spacious stay for the studio lodging! It was calm and peaceful on the property. Friendly staff and welcoming on the off season!

The condo was perfect for the 2 of us! I loved the easy access to hiking trails in the area and walking distance to the upper village.

This place was exactly as listed. Beautiful place and views. Construction going on next door and they start at 7 am. It could use more silverware. The housekeeping service was great, especially for fresh towels. The management was very helpful! We would stay here again!

This property is a bit older, but the listing and photos were accurate. It fit our needs for a father son trip nicely. Ski In and Ski Out. Short distance to Snowmass Mall and bus/shuttle stop.

Great place for a couple. Room for one kid too.
Great property - ski in, ski out. Condo is 2 flights up, no elevator, just fyi. Nice set up for a studio - it does have a queen sleeper sofa. Although it has a partition you can pull closed at the end the main bed (about 6 inches from the foot of the bed), I doubt anyone would want another couple on the sleeper sofa. One child there would be okay. There wouldn't be much room for luggage/clothes/ski equipment with more people. Great communication with host and also with front desk - very accommodating and responsive! Even got 2 vouchers for the taxi service, which made our return to the airport way easier than taking the shuttle. I'd def. stay here again.
