Une bonbonnière intimiste et élégante.

Un charme fou. L’entretien du lieu est absolument formidable. C’est charmant, un petit cocon tendre et intimiste où l’on vient se reposer au bord d’une piscine entretenue et spacieuse. La chambre est dans un style troglodyte, de beaux matériaux, meubles et esthétique choisis. On s’y sent bien tout de suite. Les draps sentent merveilleusement bons, on apprécie chaque instant se laissant porter par le doux parfum d’un lieu aimé par celles et ceux qui en prennent soin pour nous, vacanciers.

Un petit déjeuner aurait été apprécié. 💁🏼‍♂️

Tout est comme sur l’annonce et les photos. Parfait, l’accueil d’Ina et sa gentillesse font vraiment la différence ! Et quel sourire !

Coupure de courant le matin sous la douche.. rien d’anormal sur l’île au vu des installations électriques mais cela ne me gêne pas lors de voyage

Un peu plus de vaisselle et un minimum de condiments et pour cuisiner aurait été appréciés : une seule petite casserole, pas de sel et poivre, pas de liquide vaisselle

My stay was very pleasant and serene. Just what I needed to unwind. The nearby restaurant was 👍🏽

Didn’t have breakfast. Location is perfect for a time apart, peace and quiet. I was alone the first time 26/9/24 but felt very safe & comfortable as it’s in the heart of the village. I returned with a friend on 1/10/24 for another pleasant stay. Ina is simply wonderful. She’s available to attend to every request and is very helpful and kind. I asked to move my booking from 30/9 to 1st October and she only had to wait till the morning to confirm availability and she obliged me. Can you believe that? I was very impressed.

Nothing really. Everything was very good. As it is my first visit to Greece, location was too inaccessible for me as movement back & forth had to be by taxi. If funds didn’t have to be managed, I would’ve stayed there. The room had a smart tv so I could watch everything, unlike many other places.

Just amazing

Our experience at Madame Kalitsi was just amazing, beyond our expectations. Villa is located in small village called Vothonas which is full of beautiful villas. They dont offer breakfast but just few meters from the villa there is one splanded restaurant with local cuisine and one bar where you can take breakfast. Swimming pool, interion and exterior is designed with taste. If you want to experience whole island I suggest you to rent a car. Here you can park for free as well as on all public parking spots on island. Our host Ina was just amazing, she offered us room upgrade for last two nights and we were allowed to check out late because she had some extra space. Thanks Ina for everything, our stay at your place could not be better.

Un nido a Santorini

Posto molto particolare, con spazi ampi e arredati con cura. Bellissimo giardino con piscina. Paesino molto caratteristico lontano dal turismo di massa. Tranquillità e relax assicurato.

Strada stretta con molte curve per raggiungere il posto, le prime volte si fa un po' fatica, poi ci prendi la mano

Lieu charmant C'est le meilleur logement que nous ayons eu lors de nos vacances dans les cyclades. Nous avons adoré les extérieurs avec la piscine, les chaises longues, les bougainvilliers en fleurs tout autour, et c'est vraiment un petit havre de paix qui ressource après l'agitation des villes comme Fira ou Oia La propriétaire est extrêmement gentille, à l'écoute et donne plein de bons conseils.

Les espaces extérieurs sont superbes, un petit chat adorable nous a tenu compagnie dans le jardin. Tout est pensé pour qu'on se sente bien, des lits confortables pour bronzer au bord de la jolie piscine aux tables et bancs pour déjeuner dehors... Sans parler de la chambre, très bien équipée, confortable et au charme certain. La salle de bain dans le style cycladique nous laissera un joli souvenir.

Nous avons beaucoup aimé le cadre, la piscine, les chambres très spacieuses et confortables, la terrasse et la grande table sur laquelle nous pouvions déjeuner. Très bon accueil de notre hôte. Bon break paisible après l’ambiance d’Oia

Le quartier et l’environnement sont peu moins touristiques avec un peu moins de charme qu’Oia ou que les petits villages grecques traditionnels.

De ligging is heerlijk rustig, de kamer en omgeving zeer sfeervol. Fijn zwembad met heerlijke ligstoelen om aan het einde van de dag te ontspannen. Overal fijne zitjes om in de schaduw te vertoeven.

As it was a short stay the hotel was perfect for what we needed it for.

The property was well maintained and close to the airport and port. Staff were very friendly and able to arrange transfers.

Some aspects could be updated such as the door to the rooms which we had difficulty with as it was old.

Exceeded our expectations

Ina was very responsive to our needs. She even had the courtesy to let us store our luggage, and she was always ready to help. The place was extremely clean and huge and the location was prime and the view at night was splendid aswell. If I Visit again I will consider Ina’s place for sure.

Quiet and comfortable

We arrived really late, our plane landed at 10:45pm so were worried we wouldn't be able to check in. However, Ina came and met us and handed over the keys despite the late time! We were very grateful.

Amazing little gem in Santorini

The outdoor space with table and chairs just right outside of our room! The pool was adorable and also the surrounding green space made our stay very relaxing. We also LOVED the neighbourhood, so tranquil and secluded and yet 7 minutes away from the airport, 10 from Fira and 20 from Oia. It was PERFECT!

Perfect cozy and quality accommodation

We just stayed for one night, before departing for a ferry to another island. Absolutely perfect for us, we didn’t want to be in Fira. Restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Room was much bigger than expected with lounge area, separate kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. So quiet and easy to sleep.

We liked everything, but for anyone with walking difficulties all restaurants and amenities are uphill into the village

Home away from home

Loved the beautiful pretty pink tree overhanging the refreshing pool. It was quiet and peaceful & most of the time the other guests were out so we had the whole place to ourselves. Lovely restaurant across the road at the top of the stairs. Ina made us feel so welcome, gave us a nice lunch recommendation 15 min walk away. Room was very comfortable, with coffee machine/kettle/tea, cutlery and fridge/freezer.

We had quite a big hire car so found it a bit tricky to park in the carpark but there’s a free carpark opposite Hotel Kalisperis which was a good alternative for us & only a short walk down to the property

Wundervolle historisch angehauchte Unterkunft

Eine wirklich schöne Anlage mit beeindruckenden historischen Gebäuden die liebevoll modernisiert wurden. Die Höhlenartiken Zimmer spiegeln den historischen Charme hervorragend wieder und sind von natur aus schon schön kühl, zusammen mit der Klima ergibt es aber ein hervorragendes Raumklima. Die Außenanlagen und die Terrassen sind liebevoll gestaltet und wirklich komfortabel. Man merkt das Ina sich liebevoll um alles kümmert, der Garten ist traumhaft der Pool sauber und erfrischend, die Sanitäranlagen gut und in Schuss. Ina ist eine absolut Gastfreundliche hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Wir fühlen uns einfach nur wohl! Die Makro Lage ist leider etwas schwierig, man ist zwar recht zentral, muss aber über eine lange sehr enge kurvige Straße im Schluchttal fahren. Nichts für Fahre ohne gute Nerven. Dafür ist die Mikrolage um so schöner. Direkt gegenüber gibt es eine hervorragende Taverne mit griechischen Meze (Tapas) und man kann fußläufig die herrlichen Gässchen des kleinen Ortes erkunden. Die Zimmer sind groß, Geräumig und für griechische Verhältnisse gibt es viel Stauraum für Kleidung. In der Küche gibt es eine Elektrische Herdplatte, zwei Waschbecken, Kühlschrank mit Gefrierfach. Eine kleine Grundausstattung an Geschirr und besteck.

Beautiful and quiet hotel.

Beautiful property in quiet, beautiful village. Short walk into Messaria town. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. The host, Ina, was helpful and arranged transfers to the port. The hotel itself is small and quiet, so great for a romantic getaway or small family holiday. Couldn't recommend more.
