Cathay House is a pretty cottage situated down a quiet lane in Cheddar, Somerset. Hosting three bedrooms, including a double with en-suite shower, twin and childrens bunk, along with a bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. There is also a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with electric fire and a sun room. To the outside is an enclosed courtyard with seating and off-road parking for three cars. Cathay House is a lovely escape to this popular part of Somerset. Please Note: The bunk room at this property is not suitable for adult use - this property accepts a maximum of 4 adults.
Amenities: Gas central heating with electric coal effect fire. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 2 x TV with Freeview and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking for three cars. Enclosed courtyard with seating. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.1 mile, pub 0.2 miles.
