Location was perfect, right in the centre of Porthmadog and close to all the local amenities. Apartment was finished to a very high standard and little touches like the coffee machine were great.
Car parking spaces could have been better identified with a sign to say they were for the apartments, also remark the lines for the parking spaces. Arriving late and late and in the dark, it wasn't immediately obvious that I was parking in the right place. But overall that is only a small niggle and it was great to have a parking space in this location.

Lovely well-appointed modern apartment with good facilities
the very large bathroom could be divided so that it is more convenient when all bedrooms occupied

We enjoyed our getaway, the beds were comfortable I’d rate them 11/10. The facilities are great and the decor is modern and the room are very spacious.

The apartment was beautiful and felt very secure. It was huge!? So spacious, and each room felt very private. We were there as two sets of couples and it felt like we had loads of privacy when we wanted it.
I couldn't believe how great the price was versus the space and quality of the apartment. It's really clean and stylish whilst also having some nice homely touches to keep it cosy. Bathroom was massive and shower was great. Beds were so comfy, memory foam.
It looks exactly like the photos. Really clean, all the amenities you need and the added bonus of the restaurant underneath for food and drinks.
Great location, the traffic can be noisy in the morning but only if the window is open and tbf it's a small town so it doesn't get that noisy. Also a couple of spaces for parking at the back.
It's way better value for money than pretty much anything nearby, I'm here every year to visit family so I know what others are charging for properties and hotels nowhere near as nice or convenient as this place! I literally didn't want to leave... It's nicer than my own home 😂
Literally nothing, I didn't want to leave.

it was spacious, lovely high ceilings, large rooms and clean
it was on the main road through Porthmadog and quite noisy road traffic, although would not put us off staying again

The apartment was very close to the shops and harbour and was a great base. The parking space is a must and god send. One note of caution to drive very carefully and slowly in and around the side road. The sheer amount of space is mind blowing, the place is like a tardis! The bathroom is one of the largest I have ever seen. Comfy beds and excellant central heating. A home from home..
This might sound like nit picking but the sofa was not to my comfort requirements; it is too low with no support for yout back/neck. There was an issue with the audio with the streaming apps via the TVs (one in every room) and I mentioned this to Steve on my exit. It could do with a few more tea spoons and a microwaveble bowl, again these are very monor things, more FYI.

We loved the location of the apartment. It was situated on a main little high street with all amenities. The restaurant below, owned and run by the owner was a lovely little treat with really nice cocktails and food, covering Veggies, meat eaters and Gluten free in our group.
Locally scenery stunning! Local Beaches Stunning! Apartment stunning!
Our host Steve was very welcoming without encroaching on our Privacy. We would highly recommend!

Good location for our needs
Twin beds would have been more useful for our needs.

Recently fitted out to a very high standard, the property is located in the heart of Porthmadog, on the High Street, and benefits from parking at the rear. The kitchen is particularly well equipped and includes a dishwasher. Three large airy bedrooms each with a king size bed and a large and well fitted out bathroom. Steve, the owner, was very hospitable and also owns the Banc Restaurant which is on the ground floor, good food and very convenient.
Absolutely nothing apart from the weather!

Property was lovely and big decorated to a high standard and nice and clean it was in a good location and property owner and staff very nice and helpful

The rooms were all huge, light, airy and beautifully decorated. The apartment was spotlessly clean when we arrived and all bed linen and towels were provided. We had everything we needed including lots of hanging and storage for clothes, a washer/dryer, dishwasher, coffee machine with pods and great WiFi. The location was really convenient for everything in Porthmadog and beyond with the parking space very welcome.
The only thing was some outside noise from cars and people passing by as the apartment is on the High Street but this stopped at a reasonable hour and didn’t disturb our sleep.
