We stayed at the property for 5 days. It was comfortable and roomy. The location was great and close to the beach. Everything we needed was there. We appreciated Jonathan answering our questions so promptly. We would definitely stay there again.

The condo is very nice & clean. It is exactly as shown in the pictures. It was very nice they had a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, noodles, floats, etc. for our use since we were flying in. The only negative about this place is there are not but a few restaurants that are close enough to walk to. Siesta Key Village, where most of the restaurants on Siesta Key are, is about a 2 mile walk one way. We enjoyed going to the beach during the day and hitting the bayside pool in the afternoons and watching the boats go by. We really enjoyed Siesta Key and plan to return. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is fantastic! We had a great time at Siesta Key. It is a short walk to seeing the sunrise and sunset on the beach. We took one of the “free” tips only rides to the village. Which was also really nice. The pool is great! I am trying to figure out when our next stay here will be! We had so much fun!!

This property was clean and just as pictured on VRBO. You do have about a 5-10 minute walk to the beach but it is no problem. The bay view is breathtaking at sunrise. The unit was very clean and had all the items that we needed to make the stay extra special (towels, beach wagon, float). We would stay here again! Jonathan was very responsive to all our questions.

This is our second time in this unit and I can't say enough good things about the Host, the unit, the property managers and the entire facility. The unit is very well equipped, clean and we love the location in the complex. We tried to book it again for next February, but it is already booked. Enjoy!

Johnathan’s place is great! Conveniently located to walk to coffee shop and pick up light groceries, and a quick frogger ride to Siesta Key Village. We enjoyed the use of beach and bayside pool. It’s clean and very nicely decorated. Johnathan was very accommodating and quickly responded to our requests. I recommend you bring your own toiletries. We are a family of 5 and we ran out of soap and toilet paper after the 3rd day.

We had a great time in this perfect condo. Very well equipped with everything you need for the beach to cooking in the kitchen. The beach or bayside is just minutes away. We utilized the pools, hot tub, laundry facilities, grill. The on site staff were always friendly and pleasant and kept the area clean, safe and secure. Jonathan was an excellent host. He was very quick to respond with a text or phone call. He communicated in a timely manner and provided great check in and check out details. We enjoyed everything so much we are coming back again next year. We can’t wait for another Siesta Key vacation at this condo! Highly recommend!! Five Star ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️

Quick family trip to Siesta Key for a few days to relax after visiting family nearby. Condo was clean and exactly as described in the listing. Host immediately replied to the few questions we had. Beach was beautiful and large, just a short walk away. Restaurants and shops were just a quick drive or free trolley ride away as well. We had a great time!

This is an amazing condo! I was extremely impressed by how clean everything was, and I am very picky! The condo was beautifully decorated and had a very homey feel to it. The beach toys and tubes were greatly appreciated and made for fun days at the beach for the kids! Access to the private beach only for this condo was perfect as it wasn’t crowded like the other beaches. Jonathan was a wonderful host…extremely helpful and got back to us within minutes. Everything about this property is perfect, and we really hope to come back to Siesta Key soon and stay here again!

We fell in love with Siesta Key and this wonderful condo! The condo was clean, spacious, comfortable and nicely updated/decorated. The best part is the private beach access. We could see down to the public beach and it was SO crowded while our area was spacious with plenty of room to spread out. It was so nice to have everything we needed for the beach included in the condo - wagon, umbrella, chairs, cooler, floats, towels, balls and sand toys. So nice and easy for us! The sand and water are absolutely gorgeous. Love the 2 pools and tennis/pickle ball courts. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking. Truly nothing bad to say about this condo or the cute town. Highly recommend. Jonathan was a very nice and responsive host.

Exceptional place to vacation with family! The place was spotless with no sand- no easy feat by the beach! Exactly as described- easy walk to beach. Beautiful sites by bay- can fish right off docks- great if you have a boat- they have everything you need - the best beach we have been to in US- sand is not hot and very Caribbean like- definitely will book this place again!! My husband and I spent 5 nights Siesta Key at the Palm Bay Club. It was fabulous! Jonathan is definitely a premiere host. We had a question and he responded immediately and then checked in with us halfway through our trip to make sure we had everything we needed. The condo looked like the photos, it was clean and lovely. The property and staff were wonderful. We are booked for the entire an entire month next winter! Very highly recommended. The inside of the condo was gorgeous and updated. The owner was very helpful and responsive. Unfortunately the property itself was run down and overcrowded. There were lots of teens on the property day and night that were intoxicated, loud and rude and no one verifying they even were guests there. We couldn’t t even get in the one pool/hot tub at the bayside because it was overrun with people all the way till 11pm. Suddenly security was there then so then no one could use it. The other pool was also small and never enough chairs, property around the pool also run down and in disrepair. The noise level at all times was obnoxious. The walls are really thin in the complex so you hear everything outside and people are out at all hours so we heard yelling and partying all night. We realize it’s spring break time but it was over the top. Only saw security once the time at the pool. No one was at the desk at night. We didn’t know about needing to rent a beach cabana so we were stuck using the broken lounge chairs that are at the beach. There were beach chairs at the condo. The cooler in the condo was on its last leg and needed to be thrown out so we bought another one. I wouldn’t recommend Siesta Key area for a true relaxing beach vacation as it is over populated and seemed run down in general especially at the cost. We have traveled all over and definitely overpaid and were disappointed.

We love Siesta Key and the Palm Bay Club! It is our favorite place to stay with the family. Thanks to Jonathan for being a great host! The condo was a just as beautiful as the photos. We enjoyed being on the quiet bayside to take advantage of the hot tub and pool with an easy walk to the tennis courts, big pool and beach each day. The location of the unit is perfect. The beach wagon, boogie boards and toys were a big bonus! We can’t wait to come back!!

The condo is sparkling clean. This condo sits on the bay side of the complex, its a short walk through the complex to the beach. A cart, chairs, boogy boards, sand toys and a cooler are provided. Really enjoyed the heated pools and hot tub. Security on the property is tight always wear your wrist band.
