Siesta Key is situated on what is known as a barrier island. It measures 7 miles long, lies just offshore from Sarasota, FL. Two bridges connect Siesta Key to the mainland. Siesta Key is known for its tranquil beauty and has everything you need for a restful visit. Siesta Dunes is one of the most well maintained complexes on Siesta Key Island. The complex is located on Crescent beach and is situated near the center where the beach is widest. Crescent Beach is famous for its crescent shape with soft white sand. Made from 99% pure quartz, the sand is soft, floury and cool to the touch even in the hottest sun. This condo is just a short walking distance (approximately 2 minutes) from dazzling large circular pool, relaxing hot tub and the Gulf of Mexico... for a breathtaking panoramic view of world famous Crescent Beach, 'Best Sand Beach in America', rated by the Travel Channel. Our condo has 1,200 sq ft of living area, two bedrooms and two baths and sleeps 4. FREE WiFi

Miscellaneous information: There is Wi-Fi access in the condo. There is information in the recreation room that offers dining guides, maps, attraction brochures and coupons. Cleaning services can be arranged for long term rentals, however the condo is cleaned after every rental and the cost is included in the rental fee. Upon check-in, there is enough toilet paper, soap and paper towels to get started. There is a Publix Supermarket within 1 mile of the condo on US #41.

We had an amazing time for our first trip to Siesta Key. Condo was perfect for our group (4 adults, 1 child). One small toilet issue was handled efficiently/effectively. We bought a few kitchen/bathroom supplies, but the unit had pretty much everything we needed and a few extras that we didn’t expect but were a nice surprise (rollaway bed, beach chairs, pool noodles, cooler etc). We will be back to Siesta Key and we would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at siesta dunes! The location was perfect! Overlooked the pool and ocean and had a short walk to the beach. Lovely to hear the ocean waves as we slept! Would definitely come back!

Very well situated location, grounds were well maintained as was the pool area. The condo itself was perfect for our group of four, beds were comfortable, bathrooms sufficient for our needs and the kitchen had all the gadgets required to cook ourselves a few nights. Complex staff were all friendly and courteous. Had one issue with the TV coming off its wall mounts, was rectified first thing next morning. Highly recommend and hope to return next spring.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in Siesta Dunes. The condo was very clean, had comfortable beds and had an excellent view of the ocean. The grounds were very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the large common area deck with the gas grills and patio tables/ lounge chairs. We watched the sunsets from that deck and had direct access onto Crescent Beach. Siesta Dunes provided free beach chairs which was a plus. We enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. The pool area was clean with lounge chairs and patio tables. Louis was very responsive and easy to deal with. The staff in the rental office was very helpful, accommodating, and pleasant. Even though the weather was cool, we enjoyed our vacation. We definitely will be back!!

Great property on beautiful grounds! Very clean and updated! One suggestion we had is it sleeps 6- however only bed space for 4- the air mattresses isn’t very comfortable and one has a hole. If the couch could be a pullout that would word much better for adults or older kids. Also- we wished it would have sat 6 in the living room and/or the dining room

The unit was clean and outfitted with all the basics. We had a couple maintenance issues which were addressed promptly by Louis. A vacuum would be helpful for sand pickup but otherwise it was fairly well equipped. Can’t wait to go back!

Great place great location however if you would like to sit at the pool with family and relax (not anything loud or outrageous) with a beverage be prepared to be harassed by the HOA security team. Too much. Beach was great. Owner was responsive.

Many issues in unit that don't show in pictures. For example, missing blind slats, various lights not working, coffee maker not working, remotes not working correctly, broken or nearly broken items, etc., etc. No written instructions were provided to operate electronics (cable access, remote-operated lighting, etc.) I figured some out on my own but others appeared to be inoperative.

Great location! We have stayed at Siesta Dunes a couple of times and this was by far the most updated condo we have had. Easy to get to the pool or beach. Owner was very responsive!

This condo was spectacular! The rooms were comfortable and there was plenty of space for a family for 4-6. The property rules were a little tight re: the pool (No rafts or floats, no balls, no jumping in or throwing), which was challenging with 6 & 9 year old boys.

Had a few hiccups with communication with the owner (including access to the condo), the hall shower was barely draining, and the kitchen supplies could be improved but otherwise the place was comfortable.

The condo was just as listed online. Great location right on the beach. Just a short drive or "free ride" from the village. Only suggestion I would offer is a larger exhaust fan in the smaller bathroom. It didn't seem to be that effective when taking a shower.

From the check in process on this property was perfect. Louis, the owner was readily available for any questions. The condo was spotless, short walk to the pool & beach. The beach is private & beautiful. The trolley service into town was so convenient. We’ve already booked this for the spring time. Can’t wait to go back.

We stayed here August 6-13th. It was perfect for our family of more. Our kids had a blast. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Equipped with sand toys too :) The pool is steps away and the beach is too. Very convenient for a family with small children. The free trolly to siesta village was also great. We couldn’t have asked for more. We made wonderful memories here. Thanks to the hosts for their speedy replies and beautiful condo :) We hope to be back!

We stayed at condo in July, weather and beach were beautiful. Check in process was easy and painless. Condo appeared to be same as online description and was very clean and well furnished. More than enough room for family of four. Great location as well, right on a beach with pool and hot tub available on common grounds to use. Also, we liked people in the area. Will recommend that condo as clean and safe place for family with kids.

Amazing property

Beautiful condo and property! Loved spending every morning on the patio with an amazing gulf view. This place was perfect for our family with small children (2.5 and 4.5) as we had the option of the pool when the kids got tired of the beach. Also was nice to be close to the condo to grab a quick lunch and get right back outside to enjoy the weather. Owner was very responsive and made us feel welcome. This was our fourth stay at Siesta Dunes and we look forward to our return in the future.
