Very nice for family vacation with only the water as inconvenience.

Nice and cosy.

Plus de draps de rechange et serviette de bains. Pas assez d'eau chaude, au bout de la 3eme douches ont avait que de l'eau froide. 😵

séjour parfait ; prévu revenir

-la réponse immédiate à mes questions -le studio correspond parfaitement aux photos et descriptifs du site -la situation dans quartier calme, accès à pied à la gare RER desservant Paris Gare de Lyon en 30 mn -l'accueil, la mise en route Wifi et TV -les conseils pour le stationnement dans la rue ; un disque de stationnement à disposition -l'aménagement impeccable du studio, électro ménager tout neuf, -l'équipement vaisselle et culinaire neuf et complet -le volet roulant électrique de la fenêtre -avoir été accompagnée à mon arrivée en voiture tout près de mon rendez-vous médical -au départ, remise clé dans le coffre-clé sécurisé.

Prestations en dessous des standards pour ce studio cependant bien placé

Le calme et les places de parking gratuite (disque obligatoire)

Équipement sommaire (micro-ondes et réfrigérateur sans freezer), pas de serviette de bain et seulement 2 dosettes de café pour toute attention. Plusieurs studios disponibles et mieux équipés mais peu d'éléments de comparaison sur le site à la réservation. Enfin, la VMC est excessivement bruyante. Seule solution pour dormir, abaisser le disjoncteur. Ce qui coupe également le chauffage et la télé !!!!

Сподобалось що кухня повністю укомплектована,місце спокійне і ніхто не докучає.Надалеко до поїзду ,що полегшує добирання до Парижу.

Great stay.

Was clean and the little yard is very nice, feels more Mediterranean style and colors. Bed was comfortable. TV was big and we spend nice homey moon couple days there.

I would improve the bath tube with flowing water outside and most importantly the towels, hotel or guesthouse without towels is very nonreal. I would add salt and some little spices at the kitchen. Thank you.

Quiet, good privacy, comfortable and close to supermarkets, wood fired pizza.

This room is narrow for 2 people (The customer have a very big laugage)

100% worth it!

Was clean, freshly renovated, supper convenient, we had almost everything we needed from cutlery and pots to all the cleaning products and fairly fast Internet. The parking was available in front of the property all the time. Neighbours were really quiet also. That was almost perfect for us. For such the price we didn't expect to get such the nice studio. We love personal space and peaceful stay, so it was great experience for us. Thank you!!!! We will recomend this place for our friends too!

Pillows was as thin as paper, we like to sleep on higher and more firm pillows so if you are the same as us you might consider taking your own pillow with you. We went to Action shop to buy them, the shop is 10 mins away and it has everything if you need hygiene products whitch property doesn't provide. Also the towels. You will need to take them with you, or to buy in action. Our advice for the owner would be to get proper translated list in English, becouse if you translate it on Google its not clear and confusing. Also shower bar was missing, but that's a small things whitch was easy solvable. Definitely plesant stay after all! Couldn't ask for better for this price!]

Amazing, awesome

The entire apartment was good and confortable, cleanness was great, location is near to some bus and train stations, I had great communication with the landlord. The apartment met my expectations and had all the equipment that show on the pictures

Great for young couples looking for a quiet retreat away from busy center.

2 bus stops away from the rail station (15 mins walk), 40 mins away from central Paris - 8.70€ return ticket for the day per person. Clean apartment with all the necessary amenities. Separate bedroom with a double bed, comfy living room with a dining table, a sofa and a large tv; a small kitchen with all the basic dishes. Electrical heating in each room. Iron, microwave, washing machine, hoover, hairdryer, coffee machine, mop. Wifi works well. A great alternative to a hotel room, if you are someone who also enjoys cooking, doing the laundry and feeling at home away from home.

Sofa-bed slightly broken if you try to turn it into a bed. The lock on the main door is a bit rundown (needs a bit of a slam to close/open), but still manageable.

Was expecting more...

- the neighborhood is quiet

- no towels - no salt, pepper, oil, spices.... - the place is much smaller in real - the owner was hard to reach and honestly quite obnoxious - when we asked for help regarding the WiFi he implied that if it wasn't working we were the one responsible for it and wasn't able to provide any help whatsoever - the password for the WiFi isn't working - the bathroom is quite unpractical - the place could've been cleaner - a few items in the rooms were broken (decoration)

Overall, a great stay!

The property is pretty close to the Paris Orly airport. Also, well connected to the city center via rail and bus. It is a quiet place within a residential area. The kitchen was great! The place was clean. If you come to Paris by air, and land at Orly, you can surely pick this place to stay. It is also close to some super shops. The owner was really cordial and helpful. We could leave our luggage at the place at 13:00 hrs, three hours before the actual check-in time at 16:00 hrs. I'd definitely recommend this place to my friends.

Being in a residential area, it seems too quiet at night. You should be extra careful not to disturb the people living around. Also, if you want to take flights leaving at around 6:30 or 7:00 hrs or earlier in the morning (even from Orly) you might find it a bit hard to manage a transport to go to the airport at that hour. So, plan your travel hours accordingly.
