Wonderful hotel. The room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed the quiet pool and all facilities on the property ( bike rental, towels etc..). Karl made us feel very welcome and gave us good advice to visit Spetses, the beaches .. Everything you need to relax and disconnect !
Everything perfect

Very chic, modern and luxe propery. We felt like we were in a gorgeous secluded villa! Rooms were spacious, very clean and the perfect escape from the heat. Pool area was fab and breakfast was delicious!
It was a little walk away from the main part of town, however the beach was a 5 minute walk just at the end of the street!

Location, accommodation, pool service, the whole infrastructure- all perfect.
Karl was great giving us tips where to go, how to rent ATV, booking for restaurants for us. We felt very welcome.
And the breakfast was really good!

I’ve been visiting Spetses for over 15 years and this time at Yayaki was the best experience I ever had. Great location, great hotel, very comfortable and excellent staff. Such a great place, will definitely be going back again

Everything! Simply gorgeous! The hotel is stunning, well designed and the staff were faultless from arrival to departure! The house cocktail was divine and I’m still dreaming of the pool area now
Pavements from town to the hotel are small so a taxi from the ferry makes a more relaxed journey

Everything about Yayaki is great. It's an easy 5 minute walk from the centre of town. The room and facilities are high-quality, stylish and, obviously, very comfortable, secure and clean. I arrived late in the evening and Karl and Dimitri insisted on making me tea and toast. In the mornings the breakfast was excellent - and such a lovely, calm place to plan out my day. Karl arranged for a bike to be delivered and recommended a couple of excellent restaurants for lunch. At night it didn't even occur to me that anyone else was staying at Yayaki; there was no noise from other guests - despite a few small children around. Not knowing anything about Spetses, I had originally planned to stay at The Poseidon - I'm incredibly glad it was booked out. Yayaki is a far more peaceful, personal, welcoming experience.
Cheesy, but genuine - I didn't like that I only booked two nights. It would have been great to stay much longer. There is nothing I'd change about Yayaki.

The hotel is located in a very nice spot between the new and the old harbor of Spetses. It has a great design, very clean common areas and rooms. All of the rooms are overlooking on the pool which is a great spot to relax during the day. The rooms are very spacious and have high quality products, mattress, etc. The breakfast was very tasty and made with very fresh products. We really enjoyed our stay! All the stuff is very friendly and Karl with Hannah were always happy to help us during our stay.
As the hotel was full during the Easter time, there might be one additional person required during the breakfast time as everything is made on the spot and there is only one person taking orders and serving the breakfast.

We had a lovely stay at Yayaki. Karl welcomed us himself and was very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was incredibly comfortable and beautifully designed. The breakfast was superb! Would love to stay again.
The yoga studio was used as a laundry room when we wanted to workout, but Karl was very good and removed it when we asked.

Yayaki exceeded our expectations for pretty much everything. It’s truly a luxury boutique hotel but at a much better price point than other places we looked in to. The rooms are spacious and have great design features, and the pool / breakfast area is beautiful.
We really appreciated the staff who were very accommodating and helpful, and also thought the breakfast was full of options and delicious.
Spetses is a great island to explore, I would recommend getting a scooter or ATV and going to all the beaches. They are easy to find, and the water is crystal clear. You will not be disappointed :)
My only wish was perhaps a scheduled included yoga class, as the choice of doing one on your own with a laptop or paying for a private class wasn’t so appealing. I’d be happy to pay less for a group class but perhaps the space isn’t big enough / it’s offered at other times of the year.

hotel is nice and comfortable
operations manager very efficient in renting ATV and giving other info
clearly needs a relationships manager or someone that the job is to make the customers happy and feel welcome.
we didn’t feel welcome since the beginning until the end, which for an hotel of this level is unacceptable. I hope you will be luckier than us…

Clean comfortable room.
Rules. Rules. Rules. It felt like we were uninvited guests getting in the way of the staff, rather than guests who had paid considerably for a wonderful boutique experience.... one we didn't get. Vegetarian only breakfast the same every day. Extremely high priced drinks. After 1 day we never stayed around the pool again. Just 8 beds and 35 guests. We won't return. And so said 3 lady lawyers we met on the same trip.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and tastefully decorated
It’s an excellent hotel focusing on sustainability but it would have been great if there were glass refillable water bottles so that we could chill the water (you can drink water from the taps but it’s not cold so not great to drink!)

First of all , the hotel was nicely decorated and very aesthetic, everything was on spot, very near to the city and a great location.
we loved the hospitality from the owners, and their recommendations for restaurants was absolutely amazing.

The entire stay was as amazing and lovely as one could hope for. The rooms were clean and modern with a beautiful mediterranean feel! All throughout the hotel you could see that a lot of effort went into the details that gave the experience a luxurious feel. And let's not forget about the five star breakfast...
Karl (the owner) was a perfect host making sure that we had everything we needed during our stay, from extra necessities in the rooms to a complementary glas of wine to start the celebration of our mother's 60th birthday. If we needed anything outside of the hotel he and his wife Hanna were quick to give us tips, connect us with the right people and make reservations at different restaurants. We visited Yayaki for three nights in May making the island a bit more quite then during the high season I can imagine but if we ever were to go back we would stay at Yayaki in a heartbeat!

Yayaki is in a great location. A boutique hotel with nice facilities and really clean. The pool was ok not very big though. The breakfast was ok too.
The welcome from the staff and in general the whole service. The room was really expensive, so when you pay so much you expect the behaviour to meet the expectations of a European high standard hotel. Part of the holidays is not only to have a clean, spotless room, but also to be warmly welcomed and serviced and do the extra mile.

beautiful decor. lovely pool. modern and slick
The manager was too present. We felt we were watched constantly and our personal space invaded.

This was a lovely designed boutique hotel that a lot of thought and attention to detail have gone into in providing a beautiful space to stay.
It was clean, and everything about the rooms were lovely, with generous facilities, including a kettle which is essential for the seasoned British traveller!
Breakfast was generous, but paying 4€ for extra coffee was rather mean and petty and unlike usual hotel breakfast offerings.
We were a couple (and were the only guests at the hotel for the first night) and it became increasingly obvious that whilst our young host had a lot of time for my husband he didn’t appear to share that same attitude towards me.
We all had several conversations on various topics and despite appearing polite and charming it became increasingly clear he really didn’t want to talk to me!
He directed all of his attention to any questions/contributions I made back to my husband, not looking at me or making eye contact which is disrespectful in itself, and eventually made me feel rather uncomfortable even my husband noticed his demeanour towards me which was rather unfortunate.
