The stay was ok. However, I would request the hotel authority to provide aforesaid facilities.

Foods were tasty. I stayed in Room No. 403. View from the room was towards Nagerbazar flyover and was not restricted by any nearby buildings. I arrived late at night, but check-in was comfortable. Behaviour of all the staffs was amicable.

1. The hotel has dual name. 'Gokul Residency' and 'Fab Express Clive Regency Live lock'. It was difficult to trace the hotel's exact location on google map. 2. The room has wardrobe with no hanger inside. 3. The toilet had no hanger inside for keeping towels and dry cloths. 4. I am accustomed of bathing in worm water throughout the year. But unfortunately, no separate Guiser provided in the toilet and hotel was reluctant to switch on the central guiser. This had put me in trouble.

Mislead

They were deceived. When we reached there, they said Outside food and water were not allowed. And they haven't mentioned it here. I faced little difficulty reaching the property because Hotel was under a different name, and the contact number was invalid. I asked them to allow us to stay for a little longer passed check out time, but they didn't agree and charged us 1000/- just for 2-3 hrs.

I don't like anything

Pathetic service. It is a oyo hotel which i got to after reaching hotel. They don't provide anything on time. If u ask for towel,soap or any necessory thing either they will not provide you and if they provide then dirty towel bedsheet. And will provide after almost half or 1 hour. They always tell you 10 mnt lagega sir and this 10 mnt never end.

Rooms were with foul smell.Seepage.A/c was not working in one room.linen was not clean.only one towel for two given.Room service was very poor.staff non cooperative. I was very disappointed will never suggest anyone.

Room was not ready,First they had given me room 204 Where linens was dirty,they had not change after last customer checked out. When I asked to change the linen they have given me other room 304. In 304 after one hour when I just used wash room then I know flush was not working. Try to call reception got to know there is no phone then I called from my mobile to reception. After 15 minutes some one came and try to fixed it, then he told me it will be fixed tomorrow morning .you have to use bucket for flush. I have no choice since time was 2245 hrs. I try to call bookings .com customer care. Next morning I left hotel around 0630 morning for work keeping in mind that when I ll come back flush will be working. When I asked at reception to same person is flush is working then he told he is not aware. Any way I checked out 0530 hrs in morning. Very bad experience.

This was booked in the UK via Booking.com. We arrived 23.30 and were told hotel was for Indian nationals only. We were only allowed as we are Indians. Worse experience ever. This should not have been on your site.

Food was pleasantly excellent!

Amazing and attentive staff, comfortable and clean rooms, great location. I'd live here if I could, really. Definitely, definitely going to come back. Thank you for the great experience!
