Excellent location and adequate accommodation for a reasonable price.

Location

On entry, the room smelled of smoke despite there being no smoking signs. The room was very small but adequate.

Perfect location & high-end finishes

Amazing location. Modern and clean room with private bathroom. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Great stay overall.

Great location

Would have preferred a room at the back as the main road was quite noisy late evening, and at 7am in the morning a gardener across the street started up a leaf blowing machine which woke us up. Not the properties fault!

Great option for exploring Nicosia

Nicely furnished, cozy and spotlessly clean apartment with a good central location. Wouldn’t want anything else or more for the three day trip to the capital. Close enough to the center to recharge between the sightseeing and very well kept. Special mention to the bed - it was really comfortable, we slept very well.

The only thing that comes to mind is that the walls are really thin. It didn’t bother us (all other guests were really quiet) but I can see it being an issue in different circumstances.

Superbe emplacement et très bon confort

Pendant notre séjour dans cet établissement,nous n'avons vu qu'une seule personne, un homme qui était là à l'accueil,qui nous renseignait en cas de besoin, qui s'occupait du ménage et qui parlait français en plus. Charmant. très bon emplacement pour cet hôtel,parking pas cher tout près et une ville de Nicosie à faire à pied dans tous les sens,que du bonheur.

Superior accommodation in central Nicosia

Entrance and flat are in the back of the building on Mnasiadou, so it's very private and quiet. The flat is modern and comfortable and in a good location, walking distance from the main shopping street, central bus station and the Old Town.

Good stay for a business trip

Awesome breakfast and coffee, clean and comfortable room, attention to every detail to make your stay smooth. Cool self-service access procedure.

I had a 20kg baggage and it was a little hard getting with it upstairs (but you are warned by the property in advance).

Recommended to everyone, we will go back again.

Location is perfect. There is always a person to call there at any time. Very clean room and also size is really nice. There are black out electric shutters to use, so you can relax more in the morning. Parking places nearby. Place is nice and secure.

Very nice stay

very nice neighbourhood, I appreciate the self check in, the double bed was really big. In general, the room was very modernly equipped and netflix in the price of the room pleased me. You order breakfast the day before for a specific time. You can choose from several meals and coffee is included in the price

Pulito e ben organizzato

Pulito, ottima posizione, ben organizzato, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Livello alto per la media di Nicosia.

Non è prevista la pulizia quotidiana ma ogni tre giorni. A parte i dipendenti del bar, non c'è staff ma è tutto automatizzato.

Excellent place to stay in Nicosia

The suites are located in a really nice and quiet area, close to the city center. We could reach all the places we needed by feet. The buses run along the main street close by. The room was very big and very nice decorated, modern, with several amenities (water, coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner). The bed and the pillows were very comfortable. Big hairdryer and minibar in the room. Plug adapter available, super useful! We received clear instructions for the self check-in and everything worked perfectly. We had no breakfast included but went to the coffee bar downstairs, they have delicious coffee and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Good wi-fi.

Excellent! A great accommodation!

It exceeded our expectations! It is renovated with modern finishes, very clean with a very comfortable bed and very quiet at night for a peaceful sleep.Elias was fantastic! He was very helpful and very hospitable. A big Thank you to both Elias and our room cleaner, Maria. Even though the room was not getting cleaned every day we were given clean towels and the bins were emptied daily!

Nice area, nice accommodation but needs some attention to the fine details

Netflix was available which was a real bonus. The area is very upmarket and pleasant. The accommodation was clean and ultra modern.

There was no black out curtain or blind that would stop the light coming in early in the morning. This was a major draw back.

Superb

Very comfy room, with an air conditioner, and everything was so clean. The bathroom was spacious with a modern shower. There was some water complimentary in the fridge which is always an excellent point in summer. There was an automatic curtain to sleep without the light entering. Also, as a last point, the TV was Smart, and even Netflix was included.

Superb

My room was very clean, comfortable, quiet with an amazin view and in excellent location.

The only problem was the smell of sewage in the bathroom upon entering the room. (1st floor). And also the shower glass didn't hold very well so i had a flood in the bathroom after each shower. Luckily it was warm so it tried out and I had the window open.

Best location for an amazing price

Very nice, new and high tech interior

Automatic bath light is a bit annoying until it turns off. Door close sensor to turn it off would be nice or an extra remote switch for it
