We stayed at Monica’s ground floor for two weeks. She is an awesome host. We really enjoyed our stay.

If you need anything she will be available, clean, kitchen’s facilities(a lot of plates, cutlery, oven, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, mixer, rice cooker, …), great location (you are in the center of Switzerland, every major city is less than two hours drive), quiet and peaceful location, you can experience a farm life but in a clean and organized place. There is a BBQ stand outside you can use. The host included binders and information for travelers in organized folders. There are a lot of board games to play, but it is all in German. There is a ping pong table and some other toys like scooters to play with. There is a swing set as well. Overall, it is a very nice place to stay.

If you want to work from there, the internet connection is not ideal, the TV is old, The apartment has only one bathroom, the pillows are too soft for my taste, and only two rolls of toilet paper are included, but you can buy from the host. These are not negative dead points. Just mentioning what I did not like.

Incredible place for nature lovers. Peacefull, great trekking, welcoming Monika and very confortable appartement, especially for families.

Cozy room with a breathtaking view.

The property and the location were superb. The view itself was worth the stay. Entlebuch and Luzcern were easily accessible from the apartment by car. Although we do not have children, the apartment is well suited for a young family.

Some of the furniture was a little worn out, and be prepared to drive up and down some narrow hill-side roads to get to the apartment.
