Avoid 3rd floor apartment.

We booked 2 apartments. Apartment on ground floor is rather new and has no issues.

Apartment in 3rd floor had plenty of issues. The heating did not work in entire apartment except for 1 Bedroom. The wifi did not work fir entire duration. It started working 1 hour before checkout. The door of the shower area is broken and could not be completely closed. The shower head (no shower head in first place) looked like hose pipe and was uncomfortable to use. The kettle in Kitchen has too much calcium scaling so it couldn’t be used. Overall below par quality.

Fonctionnel mais froid.

La décoration est pas mal, l'appartement est plutôt bien refait. Très bien équipé, literie confortable, à 20 minutes à pieds du centre, donc assez pratique.

A notre arrivée une fenêtre était restée entre ouverte, l'appartement était froid. Les radiateurs ont peiné à réchauffer l'ensemble de l'appartement et on sent des courants d'air.

Convient pour quelques jours.

Le systéme pour récupérer les clefs est très efficace et très pratique.

Pas de notice pour utiliser les appareils électroménager. La fragilité des portes de la douche et le manque de produits d'entretien. Nous y sommes rester que pour dormir, Prévoir des couverture dans les chambres peut être un plus.

It is perfect, I can recommend it to everyone. Close to the city center and train station. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. The aprtment is really comfortable, it is huge, perfect fit for 5 people.

Hola mi nombre es Aura Cecilia Banguero, persona que hizo la reserva para el día 31 de agosto hasta el día 3 de septiembre y la cual iba a ocupar la habitación y digo iba por qué al llegar al establecimiento me encontré conque el código que me facilitaron y el pin nunca funcionó y no pude instalarme . Hice todo por contactar con alguien ya fuera por teléfono o por email que escribí y a falta de respuesta termine por insistir y buscar otro alojamiento, hago un llamado , una reclamación de que se me devuelva el dinero cantidad 197,13€ a parte de daños y perjuicios. Si no se me da atención a la presente tendré que acudir a consumo. Espero respuesta. El desarrollo

Ok for 1 night

The size of the apartment was good, also the furniture in bedrooms and living room. We really appreciated that windows on the lower floor had blinds to darken the room while sleeping. We only stayed for 1 night , so we found what we needed. The communication before our stay was good, so we had all information about getting into the apartment. Free wifi which was good. Big fridge with freezing compartment We were very lucky and found a free parking space directly in front of the house door, otherwise it can be a bit tricky to find a space close by.

We only had 3 towels for 5 people Beds were made for4 people. There was a sofa bed and when we unfolded it we found 2 pillows and the mattress had a sheet on it but there was no duvet. Shower door didn't close and was half broken One door of the TV cupboard was broken and some doors and draws of the kitchen cabinets felt also not properly assembled. The small staircase to the upper bedroom is a bit dangerous to use for little children, especially if they have to go downstairs to the toilet in the night. It was very hot and the apartment has no aircon . There was a transportable one in the upper bedroom but without instructions. At the end we opened all windows in the night and we had a light breeze. It's a 3rd floor apartment without an elevator We sent some messages about broken or missing items but without reply

Very good

Nice apartment with a good kitchen. Great coffee machine (free coffee). Overall clean.

The ladder for the upstairs room is a little step and not great for young children or elderly. Cant really say anything of the area since we just stayed for one night but it seemed to be outside of the center, wouldnt walk around by myself at night.

Property was very good, everything was close to me. sunny rooms, well equipped. The city is wonderful, with old buildings and beautiful streets. I leave town satisfied.

The only problem was the key issue which kept me waiting at the door for 10 minutes each time. It would be better if the door lock and opening code did not have any difficulties

It was 50/50, although I would not stay again

I liked the apartment was spacious. Free coffee and tea was nice. Netflix also was nice to have. Beds were clean.

Kitchen. I did not like the kitchen was not very clean. Cupboards were sticky. Walls with stains. Kitchen counter also kind of sticky. And sink was not very clean. Being in the apartment I felt I have to double check the cleanliness of plates and forks and other dishes. Bathroom. Shower did not have curtains. After the shower the floor was wet no matter how I tried not to splash the water. The floor is made of concrete therefore it was ice cold. We stayed in January. The month is cold itself. For some reason the boiler was leaking therefore, it had a bucket underneath it. Le Vauban property has 3 floors with one apartment on each floor. We stayed on the first floor, apartment number 1. I dont know how it was in other two apartments. Maybe better. There was not soap near the bathroom sink. Rooms. In general rooms were ok and clean. But what I did not like is there were no sound proofing between bedroom and living room. The wall was thin between both rooms and had doors which were locked. Extra Fee. The most I did not like after the booking, confirmation and paying, I received a message from the owner I have to pay extra 25 eur for the cleaning fee which was not included in the price. The booking was non-refundable and the message said if we dont reply in the next 24hours our stay will be cancelled. I was travelling and had no internet connection to even check my emails. My reply was the last minute and after the reply I was not sure if they cancelled the stay or what. Very unprofessional and inconvenient. The owner was ok if we just leave 25 eur on the table after we leave in the next morning which we did. The communication from owner's side was not very good. Upon our arrival he did not send us the door key code. Had to call him myself to get the code.
