Joli logement au centre d'Angers mais pas adapté au repos et à la tranquillité

Logement bien situé si on souhaite profiter des restaurants, bars et commerces du centre ville. Logement joliment rénové avec pierre et brique

Logement mal insonorisé. La rue est bruyante, voie de passage pour rejoindre les bars jusque tard dans la nuit. Bruit des véhicules de nettoyage le matin dès 6h45. Logement mal équipé pour cuisiner : pas d'épluche-légumes, pas d'essoreuse à salade, pas de saladier, pas de tire-bouchon.

Que el apartamento en súper cómodo y amplio, la cama eran muy cómodas y tiene todo lo necesario para un estancia muy agradable.

Que antes de mi llegada ya me estaban preguntando a qué hora nos íbamos del apartamento al día siguiente, según el anfitrión lo necesitaba para organizar la entrada del personal de limpieza, pero no me gusto ese detalle, por lo demás ningún problema.

Très bon séjour pour visiter Angers.

Emplacement idéal en plein centre ville d'Angers ! Quartier agréable avec beaucoup d'activité et commodités accessibles à pied. Très joli appartement décoré avec soin

Bip sonore incessant des que la porte d'entrée de l'immeuble était mal fermée, que l'on entendait dans l'appartement 1 au RDC.. La porte d'entrée de l'appartement frottait sur le sol, et les serviettes de bain sentaient mauvais.

il faudrait une cuillère en bois pour cuisiner et ne pas abîmer poêle et casserole … des persiennes sur les fenêtres cuisines serait pas mal , c était une fournaise …

Quite a nice stay

In a really nice location and has the potential to be a really lovely place. Nice, comfortable bed and very clean.

4pm check in is very late compared to other places, WiFi doesn't work almost at all and no washing machine.

Clean and central location

The place was very clean and a good location for us albeit a little noisy at night. But to be expected as so central.

Not enough comfortable seating areas and no wifi.

Very good

Modern renovated apartment. Very.comfortable. Fully equipment kitchen. Very good big shower. Big bedroom. Spacious apartment. Perfect location!! Would stay again if ever revisit.

The apartment could smell cooking from other apartments. I expected a second bedroom but it was the tv room, however it had a very good couch that opened a big comfortable bed.

Chic apartment in a great location.

Great location, steps away from bars, restaurants and shops. Fab industrial design chic. The city was very lively so book your restaurants ahead.

Some more cooking utensils are needed. It’s very hard to cook eggs without a spatula or storing spoon.

Block of apartments still under construction 😫

Great sofa bed, great showers,nice touch with bottle of water in the fridge ,nice crisp white sheets. Nice touch with a tray of coffee and tea plus complimentary chocolates.

The apartment block is still under construction, there is builders dust flying everywhere and settled on all surfaces including beds, clothes, kitchen and all over the floor, we left covered in it. Had breakfast unable to hear each other talk over pneumatic drill and 9 inch angle grinder being used all morning. No mention of construction prior to stay. Location is right next to all the bars that seem to be open all night, as people shouting, screaming and weeing down the street ALL night! Couldn't close the windows in 30 degrees heat as there were no fans provided, the sun shutters were on the inside of the windows, so one couldn't close the shutters to keep out the sun without shutting the windows first . To take the bins out, you must walk them half way around a block of houses. This was our 5th apartment stay in our journey, although it looked pretty, it isn't ready or fit for purpose, it was the most under equipped and most expensive. There wasn't a chopping board. There wasn't enough cleaning equipment. The toilet doors and other doors foul each other.The mattress protectors were put on inside out on all the beds, so the plastic was upside which I found out after an extremely sweaty night. ABSOLUTELY NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY!!

Superb

The apartment had all that we needed. It was easy to get into and it was very clean. Thank you for sharing your property. the location is very close to everything. We really enjoyed the stay and would stay again if we had the opportunity.

We opened the windows to cool off and get some fresh air. The delivery people that hang out on the corner were loud late into the night making it hard to sleep. The location of the apartment is excellent other than this downside.

Very modern, very nicely renovated, very comfortable, Great location in the heart of the centre

I liked everything really, the only thing if you were not very fit is that the apartment we stayed in was on the third floor with lots of stairs, no problem for us but might be worth looking out for if you don’t like lots of stairs
