Amazing property for our group! It was extremely spacious, very homely and was great everyone could have their own room and bathroom! The house was extremely well equipped and had everything we needed. Nice and warm with the gas fire going. Just a short walk to town and right near the supermarket.

Spacious bedrooms, so nice having 5 bathrooms for us, very warm during our July stay. Fascinating property, loved the book selection and so interesting viewing over artwork, memorabilia etc.
One couple mentioned squeeky queen bed on top floor. Would have been nice to have cleaning product as multi purpose in kitchen and paper towels,.

Beautiful home - very spacious which gave us all enough of our own space to retreat.
The fact that cars had to park along the roadside - would have liked to be able to park in the garages for safety.

Lovely large home. The bedrooms were spacious, comfortable, clean and well set up.
The house felt very homely and worked well for our stay.
We were in town to celebrate our fathers 90th birthday with his siblings, children and adult grandchildren. A lovely extra nostalgic twist was my mother in law had nursed at Timata Ora many years ago.
The large dining room table enabled the older family to sit and chat while having afternoon tea.
The large lounge and sunroom accommodated the rest of the family comfortably.
I was very impressed with the amount of cutlery, china and equipment available for serving the afternoon tea. It felt like I had everything I would have had available at home and more. I did bring extra tea towels but a few more available would be a good addition for future guests.
We did have an issue with the new heating system but this was quickly sorted after a phone call. Much appreciated.
A very nice stay with the only disappointment being my sister-in-law & husband couldn’t make it from Auckland to stay as they had covid that weekend.
