A ne pas refaire.

Le personnel fait de son mieux.

Pas assez de personnel. Les clients de l'hotel sont très impolis, ne respectent pas les queues dans le restau et les bars, lâchent leur enfants pour se servir dans le restau, touchant la nourriture avec leur mains. La bouffe est médiocre. Information importante que j'aurai aimé savoir : la majorité des clients de l'hotel sont voilés et nagent donc avec le burkini.

Zeer teleurstellend

Alles viel tegen, deze hotel werd ons aangeraden door kennissen. Maar helaas hebben wij dit niet kunnen ondervinden. Slechte service ever ik heb nog ooit elders zo slechte service gezien! En heb nooit 3 uur moeten staan wachten in de rij voor in te checken desondanks dat het niet zo druk was. Personeel lacht naar je maar als je wat vraagt komen ze niet meer terug en of lopen ze je voorbij. Ze willen precies niet werken. Op de 2 laatste dagen ben ik echt goed ziek geworden door het eten. Heb een voedselvergiftiging opgelopen. Voor een 5 sterren hotel en de prijs die je betaalt is het absoluut een flop!

Agréable séjour malgré que je suis tombé malade, mais déçu du service personnel qui dupe les clients

Belle ambiance, la mer au front de l’établissement, très belle chambre assez spacieuse

J’avais demandé une bouteille d’eau plate, mais quelques membres du personnels on préféré remplir des bouteilles d’eau vide du robinet et la fermer avec une presse spéciale. Je suis tombé malade pendant mon séjour à cause de l’eau que j’ai bue en pensant que c’était vraiment une bouteille d’eau rempli d’usine. Le personnel fait croire que c’est de l’eau filtrée venu d’usine, alors que c’est tout simplement de l’eau du robinet non filtrée

The lack of professionalism and help provided by the receptionist named Marwa made the stay below average

It was clean. The cleaning staff was great.

The receptionist named Marwa, that worked night shifts, was by the pool on her personal phone every time we needed to speak to someone. I had to look for her because the reception desk would be empty. I would find her by the pool talking to her friend on the phone, she would see me, come to the reception desk looking pissed, and she would dismiss my problem (non functioning safety box), act unprofessional, and talk to me while also speaking on the phone. The lack of professionalism felt surreal. Her attitude was despicable as well. That receptionist is the reason my family, friends and I, won’t be back at radisson. We will go for mirapalace or mercure 100%

Une très mauvaise hygiène "j'ai trouvé des cheveux dans la salle de bain et une mouche dans le buffet. Après avoir parlé au personnel ils m'ont confirmé que ça leur arrive souvent. L'hôtel est déjà réputé pour des cas d'intoxication alimentaire. Les chambres ne sont pas à la hauteur d'un Hotel 5 étoile. Les équipements sont mal entretenu. La nourriture est du surgelé. Les chambres ne correspond pas au descriptif au annonce au niveau de la taille et équipement.

It was the perfect place to go to with your family, very respectful people. I loved that it was by the beach and it was a very safe place, my kids enjoyed the stay so much. It was a very beautiful resort with amazing views from the rooms and a great amount of greenery.

Kids loved it

Our room was really nice, little balcony with nice view on greenery around. The animation for kids in the evenings were super cool and staff really was taking care about each child. Pool is great for small kids as well, we spent there 2 days and kids didn’t leave the pool for 2 days )

Was trying to go to the restaurant instead of buffet, but told that needed to book a day before. There should be more options for food for those who doesn’t want to have buffet as location is far from the restaurants of the city

big resort good for relaxing and it s very clean

The service is really bad , there is a responsible there who treated us like slaves because they knew we have booked only one night. in addition to this , they scammed us by telling us the “all inclusive badge give us access to penthouse bar for free” but when we ordered some drinks we were surprised by a bill that we need to pay. They are real scammers and be careful from consuming any drink or meal without making sure it s included in your badge.

A dream land in El Hoceima

I liked the location of the hotel and the architecture that made it look like a small town rather than just one building. Also, The staff was very nice and welcoming during the stay. Not to mention the quality of food was just exceptional.

I mean what's not like? Everything was great. I'd like just to suggest rather than "I don't like" to include a transportation service since the hotel is located outside of El Hoceïma or any transportation point. Yest they offer to call a taxi for 150 Mad but I've seen other hotels include their own transportation service and it's so much better and comfortable.

Exceptional

Very welcoming staff, family friendly ambiance with great animation, food was great and so were the drinks, amenities were also very good Went there for a weekend and the staff was very warm, and even prepared a free birthday cake for us (as a surprise requested by our family) with the surprise reveal, it made our weekend so special!
