Great time! Highly recommended!

The staff is AMAZING! The view from the rooftop is amazing! The location is perfect and uts an incredible value! The rooftop bar has nice appetizers and drinks which makes it an even more delightful experience.

The layout of the bathroom is a little odd. I wish there was another door to separate the sink area from the rest of the room. But that is just a preference thing. Not a fan of the paid parking either but it seems normal for the area.

Stay at a hotel that has properly trained employees.

Location.

I was double charged. After purchasing the room off booking.com / I was then charged again at the hotel by the inexperienced employee at the front desk. So... 309 from booking.com then an additional 389 from the employee at the front desk. After calling they said they would refund me but it would take 5 to 7 business days... extremely unprofessional.

A Solid Ten Out Of Five

We came with our two dogs so without a doubt the nicest & best dog friendly place around. You can walk right up to the downstairs bar with pups in hand! Pool tables & an epic outdoor area right around the bar too!

We didn’t like that our special request wasn’t fulfilled, being that we chose to spend my fiancee’s birthday here😬

Sehr toller Aufenthalt in sehr schönem Ort mit coolen Restaurants und Bars am Wasser.

Das Frühstück war nicht inbegriffen aber es hatte eine schöne Auswahl zu fairen Preisen. Die Rooftop Bar mit Möglichkeit für Dinner war sehr ansprechend. Das Hotel hat eine sehr coole Atmosphäre mit moderner Einrichtung und tollen modernen Zimmern. Top Lage am River Board.

Shower flooded half of the room and damaged most of my luggage. Went to call front desk for help and phone did not work in room. Also asked front desk for a little time to check out since I was busy cleaning up the mess and was told sorry but no.

Exceptional lounge areas, concert surge pricing was a bit much but we got through it.

The location was great for the concert that they had. The lounge and outdoor areas were superb. The guest services and housekeeping were always so helpful. Our friends loft/room was so roomy u may consider it for the next stay.

The price was a bit steep but we got through it. There wasn’t anything else about the hotel that didn’t meet my expectations or that I didn’t like. This was our second time staying here so we will be back.

Fun, beautiful, clean, and EXCELLENT PEOPLE!

Aloft was awesome and the staff super helpful and lovely! Room was great and the view from the roof bar was incredible at sunset! Everything we ate and drank was great!

The tiny balcony is terrifying but adorable. I both loved and hated it. Definitely not for people afraid of heights but I guess that's obvious!

Comfy room, lots of parking, easy walk to Wilmington's downtown and riverside.

Noisy AC. Breakfast ends early - make sure you're there before 9 or you'll miss it like we did!

It was a very disappointing stay.

The location.

The fact that you have to pay to park in the parking lot. The bathroom has no door, the full body mirror is placed in a location that if you are in the room, you can look right in the mirror, you can see right into the shower. The advertising/pictures of the rooms are very misleading. We stayed in the room with a group of 3 girls, who would prefer to shower and use the restroom is peace. Very, very disappointed

Parking was a little tricky since the lot is so small and shared with other businesses. Also, the $20 charge for self parking was a bit much since it was a surface lot and not a deck or anything.

I don’t think it was worth the price; it was really just nice in appearance.

I liked the aesthetics of the hotel itself.

The fire alarm went off because of the steam when I showered. I had to constantly reconnect the toilet handle to the line that makes it flush. The room got super hot at night so I had to sleep with the AC on full blast.

Very clean room.

Balcony was next to the dumper and we were not able to sit out because of the smell coming from the dumper. We wanted a Balcony room so we could sit out at night very disappointed.
