It is more of serviced apartments than a hotel.

There is a kitchenette where you can cook your own food. The view is nice. The pool size is good.

Most of my comments and evaluation is based since the facility is advertised as a 5 star hotel which I believe is is more of 3 star maximum. I noticed one of the tea cups has a lipstick residue (yikes) which made question how clean was everything! The security is not great since there is no fence protect the premises, thus anyone from down the road will easily reqch the villas. The bedroom in the top floor is not isolated from the lower one thus any noise will transfer immediately. There was not tea provided. They provide only two coffee capsules, two sugar sticks. Even if you request they gave you two which is annoying if you and partner going to have a coffee, afternoon tea and evening coffe. Although the staff are friendly but they need to improve their professionalism for example, there should a uniform, improve their English language skills to communicate better with tge tourists.

Alot of promises, little delivery

The design of the villa was very nice, the staff are friendly and attentive

When I arrived, the place was not clean. The food was below average. the noise from neighbors was loud. The water bottle caps were dirty and never clean. The view was dirt with little trees. While the hotel promises privacy, the villa constantly had people working in front of it with some makeshift offices right infront of us. There is construction going on, which ruins the experience. The service, the noise, the lack of privacy makes this a 2 star experience not a 5 star one.

Overpriced for what is available. Secluded and beautiful but no amenities

The accommodation itself is great. Very lovely modern little villa with nice details. Staff are also excellent.

There are building works going on everywhere so the noise of that is not relaxing. Also the images on their website and on here are not true. The cafe is overlooked by a building site. We watched a digger knock down a tree- the staff even apologised! You cannot get any drinks or food after 5.30pm as they close the cafe and there is only security there. It’s a good 10 minute taxi ride to anywhere where there are restaurants/shops or beaches so you have to spend to get anything after 5.30pm! You also only have a choice of 3 things for breakfasts.

مكان جداً جميل للاسترخاء بعيداً عن صخب المدينه والمسبح الخاص يوجد فيه خصوصيه كامله .. السرير مريح والغرفه جميله

بعيد جداً جداً عن الخدمات والاماكن الحيويه في بوكيت ولا يوجد سوبرماركت او مطعم في الفندق نفسه واخر طلب للطعام الساعه ٦ ونص مساء .. ولا يوجد ستاره جيده في غرفة النوم ف منذ دخول الصبح واشعة الشمس يكون مزعج صباحا وقت النوم

Exceptional

- nice place for relaxing - the Villa clean & big - everything was good there

If you three person don’t book for 3 take for two and pay at the resort for the third one because when I booked for 3 from booking the value went up because I added a third person, but when I went to the hotel, I paid again for the third person. I spoke with customer service and I'm still waiting for the problem to be resolved. Breakfast is limited but delicious.

The facility/ villa design and swimming pool was very amazing

The breakfast was a joke, not up to the expectation, the hotel want to collect money from any single things. They are spent hours to check in. The location is far from every thing expect the airport. Alot of gecko in the room inside and out side

it was wonderful and I will visit the villa again in the coming future.

Everything, couldn’t ask for more.

The food was not that delicious, and it’s far than any restaurant or supermarket but you can order through foodpanda or grabfood. Otherwise you would need a car or bike.

Good but they are a better option.

The workers are nice and helpful when they work I have to say that they are great kind people. Thanks to them.

1.Pool water is salty. 2.The reception works from 8 am to 8 pm, which makes the service difficult without these particular times, logging out and carrying items, as there is no one to serve, and the situation is difficult if you have an early morning flight or want to check in. 3.The kitchen utensils are not cleaned well because they depend on the resident cleaning before leaving. 4.The menu is very ordinary and does not contain good options. The basket breakfast is not included in the free breakfast and an additional amount must be paid upon request. 5.I requested the most expensive villa option for complete privacy, and it was fine, but there are still corners where there is no privacy. 6.toilt are open from top🔝 inside the main so... 🙄 7.The view is good but not as expected. 8.Insect protection should be worn when sitting outside.
