Enjoyed the location, the room was clean. Bathroom amenities were very nice. The windows opened so freash air could be let in. Nice to have the coffee bar and mini-fridge.
The Hotel was attractive. The coffee shop was a great touch. The check-in and departure were efficient. The valet staff were very attentive.
There is only was occasional chair which makes it awkward for a couple. The floor was cold, the placement of the large rug was under the bed rather than where the one seat was located. The luggage rack was broken, but was replaced quickly.
The restaurant on the ground floor was very expensive and the rooftop lounge had a great view, the staff were helpful but the limited menu was a drawback. The food choices and quality need improvement.

The area around the hotel was magical when it comes to sights to see and foods to try.
The only thing that was not great, was the shower head that needed to be decalcified. The shower head was spraying in all directions and I needed to rub the holes to remove the clogs.

The location was great. It's downtown with convenient eating locations with in walking distance.
Everything was better than expected.

Very fresh and clean.
Expensive to park my car in valet. Limited parking on streets.

Location of course; then a great coffee bar inside hotel & a super restaurant & bar ( El Gaucho) rooftop bar really cool but the music was awful.
My main complaint was that the toilets flush like a 747 taking off. You wake up your partner in the night when you flush: & also you can hear the flushes nearby your room.. its pretty bad🥵
Dont know what to do to fix it: but its a big flaw…
Look above.. regarding toilets…

Newer hotel and loved the fanciness of the hotel on a Saturday night. Nice room a nice change from the typical hotel room. Was right in the middle of the waterfront area. Gina from valet was so nice and gave us great advice.
In regards to the 2 queen bed rooms they should have some with a waterfront view. A pool could have been nice. Not enough live entertainment. Should bring in some bands for the area
4.5
Great location, comfy beds and nice rooms. Easy to walk along the water, very pretty and nice views and restaurants all around.
Parking expensive overnight at $45. My room was on the end with two walls outside, so I could hear a lot of street noise and trains. Not much shopping or coffee shops yet, but after the big structure is open in 2024, there will be more.

Beautiful, great location
Shower floor drained all water into the rest of the bathroom, light switches weren't placed appropriately... didn't make sense where they were located. No one has tested the ergonomics and user experience of the room. One bed was firm, the other was so soft it felt like an old, worn out bed where you rolled to the middle.
The worst was the valet staff. They did greet us and loaded our stuff at the door. Then dropped it at the front desk and left the cart there. The front desk staff finally had to call someone to come back and take her bags of toy room. The guy brought it up to our room let us in and stood there and watched as we unloaded all of our bags into the room. Upon departure I called for a cart, waited and waited… Finally, the front desk called and said oh sorry the valet just dropped off the cart at your door. So we loaded all of our stuff back onto the cart. Brought it downstairs by ourselves outside to the car, and then they all just looked at us as we struggled with opening the doors to get the cart through and loaded our bags into the back. The whole valet staff acted as though they didn't have a clue how this whole Valet thing worked. We paid $45 for one night for valet service and they were completely useless

13 coins restaurant, we ate there for dinner and breakfast the following morning. Both were excellent!
There is no parking at the hotel, and they charge $45 for valet parking. Overnight parking in a parking garage is only a few blocks away, so this was fine being its summer season, but during the long rainy season in Vancouver, WA this would be very unfortunate.

Nice hotel. New and we’ll decorated.
Lack of parking. With all the construction no parking except street which was impossible to get. I had to use the valet services. Not happy about that, but it worked out in the end.

location was great
I didn’t like how there was no snacks or water in the rooms.

The hotel front desk manager, Will and Katharina were exceptional. Very accommodating, and friendly throughout my whole stay. Also, the rooftop bar was beautiful with great service by my waiter Joel. I highly recommend a hotel, and would return again in the future.

location
no bottled drinking water anywhere in hotel, no toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste) no comforter on bed just a very thin bedspread. Called for comforter, got one with stains on it. Turned up the heat in the room and it is so loud, it’s impossible to even hear tv or relax.
