Excepcional, volveré

Todo estuvo fantástico, nos falto días para disfrutar más la estancia

Lo único que no, fue que el área de alberca no tenía sombrillas y falto un servicio de bebidas para disfrurar mas la tarde

Estuvo muy bien mi estancia, solo que uno no sabe si hay o no desayuno buffet, el último día lo descubrimos.

La comodidad. La atención. El personal muy amable.

No tenían valet parking, no funcionaba el elevador del estacionamiento y tuvimos que subir las maletas por la escalera. Debe de existir más variedad de alimentos a la carta. El horario para el servicio al cuarto. Y me dejaron 1 jabón para 4 días. No tenían más basureros, solo el del baño y era muy pequeño.

Hab con mala ubicación y vista

La habitación que me dieron 109 muy ruidosa, me quedó solo a dormir y con todas las máquinas afuera de la habitación muy poco se descansa, y estoy casi seguro que las sábanas no estaban limpias, de todas las veces que me he quedado está haciendo sido la peor, espero sirva para mejorar

No tuve la oportunidad de desayunar los precios me parecieron excesivos comparados con otros hoteles, la ubicación me parecio excelente debido a los lugares a los que me tenía que trasladar

No hay quien te reciba y ayude con el equipaje en la entrada del hotel, no hay elevador que te lleve directo al estacionamiento

5 nights in Merdia - great hotel!

Great location close, very nice new rooms with nice view. The best part was the gym and the swimming pool on the roof. We enjoyed our stay so much that we stayed in Merida for 5 nights - this was our longest stay in Mexico. Would come back to this hotel.

We found breakfast not so good and relative expensive. I recommend not to pay for room with breakfast. Instead try it once and if you dont like it, you can very easily have breakfast in many nice places in Merida. We loved going to restaurants with playgrounds for kids, which was not expensive and very nice for our family

Modern hotel outside the city center

Outside the center, but therefore easy to leave the city when we made a trip with our rental car. Across the street a very good restaurant Sanbravo.

You can't enter the hotel directly from the parking garage. First you have to go up the stairs with your heavy luggage to go to a small lobby from were there is an elevator to the reception. There are no good breakfast options to take to the room.

Nice Mexican hotel good price

Nice place, clean, safe, parking for free and security was always there. The room was big with a nice view and big bathroom. We ate at the restaurant and food and drinks were so good. If i come back to Merida i will stay there. Honestly you will no regrets.

The lobby omg i thought it was a residential property, like condos, first floor looks like nobody is there the lobby is at the 2 floor, first time i see that. So after a long way from Tullum i felt like OMG where is the hotel, but it was at the second floor ;)

Gorgeous modern hotel with all the comforts

Loved the design of this beautiful hotel! everything was spotless and modern. the staff was so kind and helpful. also enjoyed the free parking and a quick 10-15min Uber ride to Mérida center.
