Well looked after by motel staff

Disability access and close to everything

Restaurant was closed and had phoned when booking to see if it would be open as was our wedding anniversary.

A one night stop over to Cradle Mountain. Adequate accommodation for one night

An average hotel room for just one night stay. Ground floor was good for not carrying luggage upstairs, but downside looked out to car park.The room and bathroom could do with an update. Comfortable beds Location is excellent, right opposite beach. Receptionist advised us to see the Little Penguins. An unexpected delight in Burnie.

Great location across the road from the beach which was good as at dusk you stroll across and walk along the board walk and see the little penguins come back in from the ocean

Friendly staff, good location.

Location to the beach and Penguins was awesome and of course town if we were inclined to go to see the rest of the town. we were only there overnight.

The toilet was too close to the glas for the shower.

Pleasant room in a good location, opposite beach.

The location was great-right opposite the beach. The road at the front wasn't noisy so we got a good night's sleep. The room was bright and airy. We only stayed one night- I could have stayed longer.

Nothing that I can think of. The hotel was good value for money.

pulled one curtain back to find it was the neighbours balcony, parking was a bit odd and outside of building looked dated.
