Not worth the amount I had to pay to stay

The fact that it said had carpet - it didn't, no dryer as stated on listing an no additional toilet, wasn't very clean, had bugs & spiders through the apartment - even found mice poo, the dishwasher was fifthly. Wasn't worth the money I spent on this place.

Disappointing ,cold ,old ,lacked any warmth or character of course did not have any things like Wfi

In town so close to coffee shops etc

Freezing ,not even any electric blankets ,none of heaters gave any warmth ,very old -not what expected at all -seemed more suited to appearance of student hostel ,so cold had to put about 3 or 4 blankets on beds

Convenient, easy access. What we needed. Suitable beds and living space. Nearby take away food.

Unfortunately the oven/grill had not been cleaned by someone and was rancid. The dishwasher leaked everywhere too.

Amazing view, comfortable and cozy.

the view was absolutely incredible. the place was well equipped with everything needed.

The overall cleanliness was good, but the finer details - like windows, shower head and edges and stairs just needed a little more attention to detail.

Liked that we had a kitchen, which was one of the main reasons because some of us were celiac, so having a kitchen ready to be able to make our own meals on the of chance that some of the places that we couldn't go out for dinner didnt have glute free options.

The bathroom was good, but the only problem we had was the blinds to the window. They wouldn't go down, so we didn't have much privacy if people were to look in, but we managed to give ourselves some by covering it with two towels.

Good accommodation but not a great location.

The apartment was spacious and neat. There was plenty of space for quite a few people although there were only 2 of us.

The location wasn't the best although it wasn't far from the city area.

The facilities were great, modern comfortable everything you need was available to you.

Extremely noisy, freight containers being unloaded with noisy forklifts across the road all night long so minimal sleep. Street lights beamed into bedrooms as blinds not sufficient

Perfect location , cleanliness needs a little bit of love

Perfect location, great size room.

Bathroom had hair in it when we arrived, down the side of the dryer was so dirty and dusty, towels had stains on them, massive step up to get into the bathroom needs to be listed as not all clients will be able to step up that.

Overall we were disappointed in this property.

I liked the view of the ocean and the location.

The very narrow steep stairs and the deck & hand rail in bad need of repair. I also didn't like the clear glass door on the outside laundry/toilet room. I also was nervous about the safety of the building due to the slope of the main bedroom floor. We felt the property was in need of a lot of maintenance.

Really nice apartment, but location across the road from shipping and railroad makes for a very noisy night and not much

Lovely decor, everything you could possibly need.

Hard to get into, lockbox code wouldn’t work. we were awake all night listening to the sound of metal banging on metal from truck unloading shipping containers from boat to the train.

Great position, needs to be updated.

The view from the front is amazing.

Outdated property, it needs an overhaul pretty desperately. The toilet is really oddly positioned, no soap and half a toilet roll for 4 people is just appalling. A towel from the previous visitor was still hanging on the door, so I am wondering what sort of cleaning has been done between the stays. In the other bedroom, there were some sharp pieces of wood on the floor, very dangerous. Again, not sure about the cleaning in there either.

Fantastic location. Was able to get a later check out. Burnie City Apartments were very easy to deal with. Thank you.

Property was hard to locate in the dark. Very confusing with the property next door. Needs to have number on fence or light above number to see it. Bigger signage would be an advantage as well due to the next door property.
