Selbst für Äthiopische Verhältnisse nicht der Standart der bei diesem Preis da sein sollte

Sehr freundliches und Hilfsbereites Personal

Erst das Falsche Zimmer bekommen, Zimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig. Nicht richtig sauber, Tresor wurde über den kompletten Aufenthalt nicht repariert (nicht nutzbar).

Nice hotel, just needs a bit more attention to detail and better value for money.

Lovely staff, great breakfast and very big and clean room. Lovely free airport shuttle. Good central location.

A bit overpriced for what it is - shower pressure and temperature were poor. No kettle until we requested and room phone did not work. Would have overlooked these but we paid international prices, hence the rating.

Superb

The location is excellent, just off a main street, tucked away so quieter. The building is a bit open style, with some open space which is very pleasant in the busy city of Addis. All the staff was really friendly and helpful. The food was very good! The room very spacious and the bed/bedsheets extremely comfortable.

Location a short walk from major square. Very good supermarket next door. Staff very cordial but some were not helpful with poor English. Breakfast was decent.

Pool unheated and uninviting. Lack of screens on windows meant we had mosquitos in the room. TV did not work well and requests for repair not met.

I have a pleasant days in the hotel which was possible with vibrant teams of this great hotel . I was amazed the service

close to any location, very quit, clean, huge garage for parking, relaxing spa and swimming pool.

Too smelly - Too noisy - renovation urgently needed

The room and restaurant personnel was very polite and helpful. The reception staff had some issues. The room size was exactly as the pictures. Options at breakfast for eggs, omelet, etc.

The restaurant did not have the proper ventilation, so the kitchen smells were all over. Your clothes after breakfast or lunch were smelling like you were cooking for hours!! Many wedding receptions were organised at the venue (at our time of staying) with music playing loud up to 11pm. No shuttle bus service was organised for our arrival, even if we had informed about our plane trip details (fortunately the service was supplied for our departure). The most important is that the elevator was broken for a few hours almost every day - so avoid staying at upper floors.

needs lots of maintenance, specially the toilet and shower, fridge was not working and reported twice with no action! tv was not working. backside is noisy with dogs barking all night... wifi was the biggest disaster.

Good location and an acceptable room for a fair price.

The location is within walking distance to the UN campus which was the most important thing for me. There is a supermarket 100m from the reception where you can run all your basic errands. Staff has generally been courteous and helpful. The rooms are very spacious!

Breakfast has been average - the coffee was downright unenjoyable. Cleanliness of the rooms was very mixed, stains in the carpet and bed linen were easy to find. The lift worked only for half of our stay and the water pressure in rooms further up than 3rd floor was non-existent. Thankfully we got a room closer to ground level. Special mention: The room service menu mentions a deep dish pizza which I took to mean Chicago Style Deep Dish. To my surprise it was a regular pizza with sea food (perhaps "deep" as in "deep down in the sea"?).

Ok stay, but easy things that could be improved.

The bed was great. The breakfast was also.

There were many details that showed carelessness. Nothing dramatic, but things you would expect a hotel to do better. 1/ Power plugs behind the bed were not accessible because of the bed frame, so the staff just unplugged the lamp on the night table and left the cable hang loose. 2/ A mirror on the wall was held on by brown tape. 3/ The TV furniture was not screwed well together, wooden planks were hanging loose. 4/ The hottub in the bathroom had no warm water and was leaking. So we could not use it. 5/ The coffee set in the room was missing things - there were 2 cups, but only 1 cup plate. Super small detail, but just shows lack of attention to detail.

i will give it another try, i like the location

the room is spacious and clean, the location is good

toilet needs maintenance, lift was not working and being on the 7th floor we had to use stairs,,, with my pregnant wife it was not acceptable at all. breakfast is very very basic, and after visiting the restaurant our clothes smell food because of the bad ventilating system. the property is nice but requires better management to look after maintenance.

It was memorable!

The staff were very fri4ndly and helpful. The breakfast wast was more that I expected. Providing free shuttle services is a great idea which makes the stay more comfortable

Perfect location and excellent staff!

We had a wonderful stay at De Leopol. Everything was to our satisfaction! Location of the hotel fitted perfectly for our needs. Close to city center and many attractions. Thanks to the most welcoming and friendly staff, we were very well looked after. The room was clean and properly serviced by housekeeping. Very comfortable beds. The breakfast menu was exceptional. Daily a new variety of hot and cold items. Front desk service was always friendly and helpful. Recommended!
