Great location, lovely roomy apartment
4.0
View out to pool area
The shower area not enough towels to mop up the water after shower floor was drenched wet
8.0
The spa and pool area.
The room was small.

Awesome location. Eateries across the road, the beach is a short walk and there were charges for our EV car right across the road.
The parking instructions were confusing but sorted quickly.

It had a cook top and a place to work that wasn’t at the kitchen table. Great location and had pretty much everything we needed.
9.0
Great location, excellent apartment. Perfect for the family.

Very clean and tidy apartment. Close to everything. Could not fault anything. Easy process of picking up and dropping keys off at the office. Friendly staff.
Better pots and pans in kitchen. Just needs an update.

Location, pool, tennis court, close to Cafes and walking distance to Kingscliff
It was noisy during the evenings people above us and beside us banging doors and generally noisy in the corridors late at night. the complex wasnt booked out but we were all staying in the same area cant see why we weren’t more spread out?

The resort had a beautiful swimming pool, the amenities were very good, all within walking distance to a beautiful beach and restaurants. It was a great place to relax.

Good location, nice view. Quiet. Comfortable bed. Nice staff.
Towels provided were really small and thin. Only one towel each for 4 nights. Only one face washer between two people and a small bathmat. Towels didn’t dry that well because no working exhaust in bathroom. Had to get beach towels at check in from the reception which is 2km away. Small low quality,
Rusty aircon unit outside was a bit gross.
Bathroom was wet hot box.
Period blood or makeup on the doona. Only one doona in the twin room so one of us was cold each night.

A beautiful property that is close to the beach and lots of eating places.
Very well maintained

Location, cafe in resort is fabulous
Mouldy blinds, water damaged floors, dry blood on doona, broken knobs on dishwasher, broken shelf holding microwave, faulty taps in bathroom, private pool advertised but was actually shared with neighbouring unit, stained/mouldy ceilings, filter on bottom of pool broken, electrical test tags out of date, broken garbage bin pedal ( leaving it a sharp piece of metal to operate lid), one tea towel for three nights. Discussed with booking management ( not direct through peppers) and they offered a 50% refund, told me it was processed ( which it obviously wasn’t) then ignored me so I had to go through booking.com to get the refund. Still waiting …but have been assured it’s being processed!

The air conditioner did not cool the room down and was heavily rusted on the outside balcony and a safety risk. We ended up leaving shortly after we checked in as the accommodation felt like a sauna. Booking.com did try to support but was also unable to reach management on the after hours line. We asked to be refunded as we pre-paid for 5 nights. It spoiled our Easter.

Great location and comfortable apartment. The pool is wonderful.
8.0
The apartment was just beautiful, we loved the layout, the spa bath, and the comfortable seating on the balcony. It was really a gorgeous space.
The only minor issue with the apartment was a lack of wine glasses (one) champagne glasses and not many coffee cups either. Difficult to drink wine when friends come to visit.
Really the only complaint we have is the dreadful bird situation in the carpark.! Bird droppings covered all over our brand new car every morning. We had to find a way to wash our vehicle daily, as there are no car washes in the close vicinity. It’s not just the mess, but the damage bird droppings can do to paintwork which was of much concern.

The location was good being near the beach. The restaurants available were very expensive however given its location, unless you wanted to drive you had little choice.
We didn't realise when we booked that it was in fact Peppers. We thought it was something else "Bells resort and spa apartments' is somewhat misleading. We did not have an apartment or studio, it was a motel room. A room in which they asked you to remove your own rubbish and wash your cups and glasses etc. This would have been easier if we had something else other than just a bathroom sink with no plug. There was no body wash, only soap. Also the management place wanted to charge $40 deposit for pool towels which were freely available from reception at the resort itself.

Location was excellent and resort facilities were great.
My room was very mould affected and I had to ask to be relocated

Location was A1. In a Resort walking to the beach and the neighbouring shops perfect location for a holiday
In a 5 star resort you would expect the room to be at least 4 but it was a 3 at best. Furnished in what looked like old Chinese restaurant decor, outdoor furniture on the deck so bad you couldn't risk sitting on it. Shower trickling had to run around to get wet. Rusty floor in bathroom around the drain holes. No vent in bathroom. I've stayed in worse it was clean and bed was good had everything you need in it but if you pay high rates you expect higher quality . Just needs a good tidy up & throw out the 70's furniture and spend a bit of money to modernise the interior . The silver statues have got to go :)

Excellent resort
Hot water didn’t come back on after maintenance shutdown.
Parking quite cramped.

Position and pools
The shared plunge pool was in front of the unit beside us, right in front of their balcony, so we didn’t use it although we paid for it
7.0
The property was in a great location, the pool was lovely, restaurants nearby.
The unit was not cleaned well when we arrived. The toilet in the main ensuite ran all night which meant we had to turn it off at the cistern as the constant dripping kept us awake. There was a sign in the other bathroom apologising about the dripping shower/toilet, which again had to be turned off at the cistern and a towel placed in the shower to stop the noise at night. The unit needs maintenance. The dryer was noisy which also had another sign on it. We paid more than $2500 for four nights, overpriced for not a great experience. We left the unit cleaner than when we arrived.

Location is amazing, as is the facilities. Pool and bar are 5*
We booked for three beds with an understanding ther would be a sofa bed provided. Instead, there was an air mattress on the floor for my 80yr old mother. Also, the room was far from clean and when I reported it to the receptionist as I dropped off the keys, she couldn’t have cared less…
8.0
The location is amazing and the room was right next to the pool.
Very helpful staff when we had issues with the aircon - including providing a discount on the room, ie a partial refund.
We were a bit surprised to find that it had a disabled shower in it. A very small vanity and no cupboard in the bathroom to store toiletries.
The aircon leaked, but the management were very good about it.
We had to drive into KingsCliff proper to collect the key and the girl on reception was not very helpful.
We received reminder texts to check in on line, but they did not refer to the property or have our names in them, so we weren’t sure if they were a hoax or not.
6.0
location, pool, view, good sized apartment
Leaking air con, bathroom fan not working, mould on lounge cushions, blinds and grime all over shower bottom.

Aircon
That our plunge pool was not clean had a lot of bark and leaves in it wasn’t able to use it and we took that room for that reason

We got a room with a plunge pool, loved it. Just be aware they don’t state when booking that some plunge pools are shared with other rooms.
Main pool is beautiful and great to swim in, the food & service around the pool was great. Staff are friendly. Shops and beaches are very close. Great family place to stay with kids.
Room 7014, when we arrived at 4pm the room was not cleaned and made up from the last people. We got out room at 6pm !!! The aircon leaked water from check in to check out !!! (Water puddles in dinning room every day) There was mould in shower and the tap leaked. We had been there September & December both times the floors had sand on them. Would love to see a few more sun beds around the pool as both days we went none were available .

Have stayed here many times and we always enjoy our stay. So much to do and love how big the pool/s are so you don’t feel all on top of each other.

No clear instructions on where to go when we got there. No coffee cups in the room. The bathroom door made it awkward to get out.
