Overall excellent venue and location

Our host Tsitsi was on point, informing me of the process to check in and also confirming all guests. The place was immaculately clean and well stocked with whatever you need to truly have a home away from home.

Quite Expensive for a view of the Dam that was terribly polluted.

The Home was comfortable. The Communication from our host Tsitsi was spot on. The location was overlooking the Dam, and Mountains was nice, but the pollution in the Water was a horrible site that we had to overlook.

Was not aware of such a rigorous process to Register ourselves to enter the estate. How ever our host helped a lot. Sadly we were only told that we needed to be vetted by the Estates Security only after we booked and paid for the place. The dam was infested with hyacinth, Plastic and other filth, which was Quite Disgusting sadly.

Home away from home. Everything was just perfect. The hosts were amazing, responsive and accommodating. The house was just clean and the views breathtaking. Solar was just what we needed.

Very good

Location is great. The owner and the place are lovely. Space in the house is also great, the home is spacious and a nice layout for a relaxing stay. The view is exquisite.

Pecanwood is not really suitable for leisure rental. The paperwork can't be done on the booking platform and the process around guests is extremely laborious. Great for a family or fixed list of people but not suitable to receive guests. From an admin point of view it was painfull.

Fantastic stay

Everything. The house is spacious and clean with all necessary equipment. Tsitsi, the hostess was amazing and very helpful, even sent us the loadshedding schedule regularly. We were very impressed with everything. We loved everything.

Nothing. A suggestion to maybe have a small fence just before the dam for some guests that may be traveling with babies.

Good

Central heating, view of the dam, ups for WiFi, gas braai, general facilities were really good. The host, Tsitsi, was available from the time I booked and replied to Whatsapp messages straight away at any time

The deck isn't completed yet and would be great if you could actually go on the dam. There isn't a pool at the unit either.

Overall a good stay, but could have been fabulous if well equipped and attention to detail

The place is beautiful and cozy, and its was well situated, , loved the view, dstv, fireplace and the wifi. The owner communicated a lot with us and advised us of the events taking place on the property. Loved the vibe of the boat club house. Hubby and his dad played golf as well. Shopping center access is brilliant.

The only negative we had was that not all the underfloor heating worked, the kitchen was understocked with crockery, utensil's glasses and mugs. Although the place was somewhat clean, we experienced a few items that were not properly washed, duvet had bad stains and the ice machine was not cleaned at all. Not all of us could have hot showers and we were only 8 and the Jazcuzzi bath tub didn't work. The place just needs to be fixed a bit minor things but still for that price you would expect it all to be functioning. The exertainment area was really nice, just the pool sticks did not have any heads and the toddler bike was broken and had no seat on it. Not everyone can use electric blankets, so it would have been nice to have extra bedding, blankets and linen.

I loved everything about the place It was clean and everything was as advertised Internet connection was perfect

We were expecting to get a swimming pool as advertised but it wasn't there but anything else was 100%

Beautiful home and an exceptional host

Beautiful views and a lovely spacious home. Great location and within walking distance of the clubhouse. We'll appointed kitchen with 3 braai options on the beautiful outside patio.
