Magnificently shocking

The location, the house is magnificent, We were allowed to check 3 hours earlier, that was appreciated

TO BE CALLED LIARS. The manager , should be ashamed of her manner, her inexcusable conduct and the defamation of my family. All brought on by not having any hot water in any of the 4 bathrooms we used. We COULD NOT BATH NOR SHOWER, BECAUSE THERE WAS HOT WATER, CLAUDETTE. TO BE TOLD BY HER, THAT MY ENTIRE FAMILY ARE LYING. THIS REPEATED 3 TIMES DURING OUR PHONE CALL The home ,location and ambience is magnificent, comes at a high price ranging between R10k to R12k per night depending who you book with . At that price there should be NO EXCUSE ABOUT NO HOT WATER IN THE BATHROOMS, AND THEN TO BE CALLED LIARS BY AN OBNOXIOUS MANAGER. To be told how LUCKY we were at her generosity of allowing us to check in early and that the price we paid on Booking.com, was lower than HER FEE. What on earth has that got to do with NO hot water to bath/ shower at night. To make matters worse, in the morning after none of.my family had showered, on questioning the helper, a.very pleasant lady indeed, We were told there had been plumbers/ contractors there, but the problem wasn't resolved. How do you then allow guests to make a booking under these circumstances? You cannot, should not. This is unacceptable. My request to speak to the owner was disregarded, feedback was promised , which was non existent as was the basic necessity of hot water, also non existent. The beauty of the place tarnished. Sad

it’s was amazing!

we liked everything

the neighbours from unit 19 kept parking their car at our garage. Saturday night we wanted to park in the garage & we couldn’t because she parked right in front of the garage & we left with a really huge car scratch from that.

Exceptional

The house was exceptional. Pure luxury from start to finish. Rose, the house keeper was amazing. Sitting out on the deck looking over the dam in the evenings having a glass of wine as well as the mornings with our morning coffee, just felt like we were in our own exclusive, private oasis. Will definitely be back.

A really good coffee machine with this exceptional house, would complete the perfect stay.

the privacy

The "hey google" setting can be frustrating as anyone can just make the request. the lights were on and off the entire night, which disturbed other people's sleeping, since different people would request for lights to be on and off at anytime.

Classy and cosy

I loved everything, the house is a smart house, the decor tye location, the staff, cleanliness, comfort, was definitely value for money.

They did not have back up when the electricity went off.

the place was very clean ,lovely rooms,everything was perfect even mrs rose was a darling

1st our arrival n checking in was a disaster,i had to bribe security for other to be in .some of my siblings wanted go back 2nd being called after checking out asking if I payed .asking for proof of payment on 14 November 2022 while i was there on the 21 October this was so unprofessional n bad i don’t blame the lady but i blame ur finance department,they should have resolved this before we even go there.i booked on the 3rd of October n pay same time ,i felt so bad n embarrassed ,
