Food and it's taste needs to be improved.

The room and decoration was very good.

The food was not up to the mark. In breakfast the parathas were so bad with no proper filling.

It's not a 5 star property and not worthy of spending this amount of money for cheap hotel. You can get a good branded 5 start hotel with half of it's price.

VERY OVERPRICED PLACE IF YOU CAHRGE 15000 PER NIGHT, THE ROOM WAS VERY SMALL AS COMPARED TO PRICE, SURPRISINGLY WHEN BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING.COM , NO BREAKFAST INCUDED, SO STAFF SUGGETED DONT BOOK THROUGH BOOKING.COM, WILL ONLY BOOK THIS PROPERTY IF THERE IS NO PLACE AT ALL TO GO "LAST RESORT'

Disappointing

the spa and salon where great. myself and my husband had massages and I had a wash and blowdry. both great.

lunch very expensive for what we had. over $130 for pasta, biryani and some chips with 2 drinks. concert on next door with dj playing until after midnight. very loud in our room. rooms look nothing like the pictures advertised and are very basic for the price.

Good hotel to stay, for wedding point of view excellent

The architecture is just excellent, marble flooring is too good, welcome drinks were also good and the way they welcomed guests. Food and drinks were superb.

Only prices are bit on higher side.

the food was pathetic. Just pathetic. The prices of the food is inflated to a level that it beats the Taj and Oberoi's of the world. This urgently needs to get addressed , this is ripping off people wallets intentionally.

It is very well maintained property and staff is courteous.

I went there with my wife, to spend good time on my birthday, stayed for 2 nights. She ordered a cake for me, which was promised to be delivered in our room. But, the cake never arrived and nor there was any communication about it. We had to mention about that on our check-out. In another incident, on our first day of stay, at lunch, we were given a menu, but a server provided us with a fixed menu later saying that lunch is complementary. So, we chose few dishes from the fixed menu, but to our surprise, some dishes were not the ones we ordered. We asked them to replace those, but no luck there as well. Moreover, on the dinner we were furnished with the bill for the lunch as well and had to pay that on check-out!! Why the fixed menu then?!! Also, my wife was not feeling well, so we asked for two whole fruits which she could have consumed later, but the hotel staff tried to sell us the fruit basket with some fruits which we didn’t want. We ended up paying Rs. 443 for two Bananas and 2 Oranges!!! What a business. Property and staff was good, but these experiences made our stay unpleasant.
