Comodo y bien ubicado, ideal para visitar la ciudad!

Este hotel resultó ser una muy buena opción para nuestra estancia en la ciudad. Su ubicación es excelente, ya que está a pocos minutos caminando de los principales puntos de interés, lo que fue muy práctico para nuestras visitas. La habitación era cómoda, con el plus de contar con una smart TV que nos vino muy bien para relajarnos por la noche. El baño estaba limpio y bien equipado, con un diseño acogedor que se agradece después de un día fuera. El desayuno cumplió con nuestras expectativas: tenía buena variedad y estaba rico, aunque no destacaría nada en especial. El personal fue amable y dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento, lo que siempre mejora la experiencia. Como viajamos con nuestra mascota, nos alegró que el hotel la aceptara sin problemas. Otro punto a favor fue la plaza de parking incluida, algo que siempre facilita la logística del viaje. En general, una estancia agradable y sin inconvenientes. Lo recomendaría para quienes buscan comodidad y cercanía en la ciudad.

L'atenció de la parella, l'entorn del costat, les instal•lacions, la neteja, l'esmorzar, com et cuiden en definitivament. Accepten gossos i això és mooolt positiu :)

Una mica lluny del centre però si estàs en forma no tens cap problema.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, gutes Frühstück, Pool, eigener Parkplatz

Lage direkt an der Strasse, auch nachts teilweise sehr laut. Vom Zentrum etwas weiter entfernt.

Amazing hosts. Would recommend.

Amazing, experienced and kind hosts....went above and beyond for us. Jean Claude helped take us around and picked us up from/dropped us off to airport. (Being 2 ladies on holiday we were so grateful) Gladys helped me when I hurt myself too and got me what I needed out of the kindness of her heart. Amazing swimming pool area....very relaxing and clean. Only two rooms so is very private. Hosts live above so always there if you need something or have a question.

continental breakfast ... was lovely and fresh. Fresh yogurts and juices...but being british craved hot food or something different after a few days. Centre of town is about 20/25 minute walk.

Excellent accommodation.

Lovely hosts - took us to the airport. Great breakfast. Room was very clean and had everything we could want.

Bit difficult to find and quite a walk to Ville Basse.

Great room, fantasic bed, Gladys great host, very personal.

Finding the parking place atvthe backside was giving us a little trouble.But then it was great to have a separate parking place.

I wholeheartedly would recommend staying here as we had a truly lovely stay.

Gladys and Jean-Paul were exceptional hosts. They really went the extra mile with lifts, advice and recommendations. The facilities were spotless and we enjoyed delicious homemade breakfasts. I would thoroughly recommend and fully intend to return again soon.

fantastic property with a great host and delicious breakfast!

A fantastic stay at RIBA D’AUDE! we arrived quite early but the host Gladys and his family gave us a very warm welcome, allowing us to drop off our bags and then Gladys kindly gave a tour round the town in his car and gave us some great tips for places to eat before he dropped us off by the castle. We then walked back by the river which I highly recommend! The property was very clean with a lovely modern decor and the breakfast was delicious as well! thank you

Good hosts, great breakfast, a few room improvements would make for a good stay

The hosts were very friendly, willing and welcoming The breakfast was very good quality, varied and plentiful. Nice pool facility. Off street parking and secure premises.

Lack of privacy in our room, blinds needed as patrons walked past our window on occasions. Noise from the next door room and the road. Quality of the bed linen. Disappointing toilet facility, noisy macerator toilet in en-suite. Option to use another toilet in the public hallway that had no ventilation or handwashing facility. Didn't get the room pictured on the booking. The location of the property was on the corner of a main road, with traffic lights.

Lovely house and location. Perfect hosts.

Our hosts were amazing. So helpful and friendly. We were offered a lift into the city and given plenty of restaurant recommendations. They also gave us a lift to the airport on our day of departure.

amazing experience & highly recommended

incredible warmth, flexibility and hospitality of staff and not to forget fresh breakfast with local cheeses, ham, home made yoghurts etc.

it’s a bit of a walk to the castle with a small child and there is a long wait time to get a taxi

Fabulous oasis in Carcassonne, perfect for a weekend stay, highly recommend

Location was great, a stroll along the river into town approx 30 mins. Delicious continental breakfast, freshly baked breads, crosissants, cold meats, local cheeses, yoghurt and fresh fruit. Room had ensuite facilities, large comfortable bed The hosts were delightful and accommodating, nothing was too much trouble Delicious home made biscuits too Swimming pool private with outside seating area in pretty garden

Difficult to find a taxi in Carcassonne, unless at the train station, you will need to have a number to ring for one.
