Petit sejour de fin de voyage super agréable

Très bien situé avec tout à pied : très belle à plage ( dommage car pleine de détritus) , restos, 7/11, massages , loc scooter etc. L’aéroport est à 5 minutes en taxi ( 200 bht) Parfait pour arriver ou partir. Piscine immense magnifique sur le toit. Vraiment un moment agréable avant notre retour en France

A nice hotel near Nai Yang Beach

Nai Yang Beach while being close to airport is a quiet, calm and clean beach with great sand. The hotel is quite new and although basic, has everything we needed

A good hotel for a good price in that resort.

Everything was ‘good’. The hotel is comfortable, good value and has everything you need. The rooms aren’t huge but are well thought out, bed is comfy and again have everything you need. It is like a Thai version of a really great Premier Inn. Location is pretty good for the beach and town - easy walking distance

It was a good pool but the area was a bit soulless and could have been made nicer.

Good for a simple beachy stay.

The staff made our stay, they were so friendly and accommodating. (We also lost our key card on the last day and they didn't charge us, khop khun kha!) The rooftop pool is fantastic and Naiyang beach nearby is great. If you're looking for a quieter and more relaxed / beachy vibe then this place is in a good location for this. There is a 7/11 store down the road, less than 3 minutes walk as well as local cafes, restaurants and massage parlours. There is also a local market round the corner, about a 5 minute walk which is on several times a week. We enjoyed the local strip with restaurants, food stalls, massage parlours, souvenir shops and small supermarkets which came to life in the evening especially. It was nice that the restaurants had tables on the beach, perfect for dinner! It's convenient because it's close to the airport, about a 7 minute drive and you can get buses to Patong and the old town from there for 100 baht. The water fountains on each floor are a nice touch, where you can pick hot and cold water and reduces plastic. The overall room and bathroom was a good size and the balcony was nice to have to sit out on, could have had an extra chair since there was two of us.

The rooms are very basic and the safe wasn't attached to anything which kind of defeated the point of having one. Our balcony door detached but someone came to fix it the same day. It would be nice to have a lounge area separate to the breakfast area where you can chill in the evening. The breakfast wasn't veggie / vegan friendly so it would be nice to have more options, and alternative milks as well. They did make us a vegetable fried rice with tofu but it was a bit repetitive having that every morning for 10 days. I felt the rooms are overpriced in comparison to some of the other hotels, and for what they offer since it's very simple. If you're looking for a luxurious place then this is not it since it meets basic needs.

Very nice, couldn’t fault it in anyway.

Booked this hotel last minute and the staff were very accommodating and friendly, gave did loads of information of the hotel and surroundings. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach, supermarkets and food stalls which we were able to eat on the beach.

Nothing to complain about.

For my opinion the price is little bit high.

Nice, stylish, relatively new hotel. Varied breakfasts - scramble, fried eggs, rice, broth, vegetables, fruits, croissants, brownies, cereal, coffee/tea. Very helpful staff.

The door to the toilet in room 311 is in a terrible position. Please just hang it so that it doesn't open into the bathroom, because it's very cramped there. But I thought the price was a little high.

Sehr gepflegte und sauberes Hotel Wir hatten ein schönes Zimmer. Schöner Pool auf dem Dach. Man gelangt fußläufig zum Strand.

Das Frühstück war ok, steht aber nicht im Verhältnis zum Preis. Die unmittelbare Umgebung war nicht sehr schön und teilweise vermüllt.

Just ok wouldn’t recommend

The location was good not to far from restaurants and beach The roof swimming pool was quiet but only a few beds

We paid extra for a pool access room really not worth it The room was just ok the bathroom was really small and we were right by reception so very noisy The staff were hit and miss The rooms are not cleaned until really late and we had to ask once to get it done by 5pm The pool by the room was not worth it and the stairs to go in got so hot you burnt your hands We will not recommend or stay again

Отель в тихом месте, это то что мы искали. Пляж буквально через дорогу, 3 минуты пешком, рядом национальный парк. Чуть дальше уже начинаются туристические магазины, кафе и т.п. Завтраки за 10 дней не надоели (омлет, рис, спагетти, сосиски, том ям, тосты, фрукты, хлопья - это то что есть всегда). Нас заселили раньше, т.к. был готов номер. Персонал очень отзывчив, готовы помочь в любой проблеме. Классный бассейн на 5 этаже.

Ogólnie pobyt uważam za udany. Przydałby się mały remont pokoi oraz poprawa śniadań i byłoby wszystko dobrze.

Obiekt jest położny w super lokalizacji. Piękna plaża, dosłownie 5 min pieszo do plaży. Do każdego miejsca łatwy dojazd. Codziennie mieliśmy czyste ręczniki i pościele.

Niestety śniadania były bardzo pod turystów, mało tajskiego jedzenie oraz brak opcji wegetariańskich.

Perfekter Aufenthalt vor Ablfug

Super Lage, da nur wenige Minuten zum Flughafen. Der Strand ist in Laufnähe und auch viele Restaurants und 2 Nachtmärkte. Für einen Stopover ein perfekter Spot. Hotel ist sauber und modern.

Perfecto para descansar antes o despues de un vuelo del aeropuerto Phuket

Super buena unicacion, a 5 minutos en auto del aeropuerto y a 5 minutos a pie de una animada calle frente al mar llena de negocios y restaurantes. Super limpio y bien tenido todo. Perfecto para descansar después de un vuelo que llegue al aeropuerto de phuket. Nos organizaron el traslado a nueatro proximo destino y me permitieron dejar una maleta con ellos.

Great place for a short or long stay in Phuket

This property was perfect for a short or long stay in this area, particularly if needing to stay near the airport for flights. The staff were wonderful and allow a late check in. The facilities are great, the room was clean, comfortable and provided everything you need.

Als Flughafenhotel ganz okay und relativ sauber.

Haben die Unterkund wegen Flughafen-Nähe gebucht. Dafür hat das Hotel seinen Zweck erfüllt, für Urlaub alleine jedoch nicht zu empfehlen.

Frühstück war echt mies und teils unappetitlich gewesen. Lieber ohne Frühstück buchen und außerhalb essen, da bekommt man save was besseres.

Schönes Hotel in Strandnähe

Schönes Hotel in Beachnähe. Nettes Personal. Zimmer waren sehr gut, Bett war nicht zu hart.

Russische Gäste haben beim Frühstück Berge aufgeladen und nicht gegessen, haben von der Suppenkelle probiert und wieder in den Suppenbehälter gelegt. Nervig sind die Türschlösser, sie piepsen wenn die Tür nicht richtig eingerastet ist.

Horrible thanks to booking.com

Beautiful clean room, luxurious, ........... only one elevator for about 50 rooms, need 2 more, average brkfst, whole meal bread was good.

Booking.com ruined this trip, , the email confirmation was that this was, paid, non refundable, when I arrived at 1 am I was exhausted, and the receptionist said it was not paid, and I had to use cash, and leave my passport as a ransom,. Booking.com is a disgraceful faceless internet company which often misleads the vulnerable traveler. As of now, I am not sure whether I paid twice for this booking.com precipitated an ongoing heated discussion, so that the hotel staff took it out on me, and they were not pleasant.
