Excellent proximity to airport

Excellent location to airport and very handy airport shuttle. Close to eating houses and convenience store.

Tea bags in room would be a good option.

Close to the airport. There were 13 of us and they picked us up from the airport. The pool was ok the room was comfortable

Flughafenhotel Phuket waren

Alles super. Schönes Zimmer, alles sauber, tolle Terrasse mit Pool, Frühstücksbuffet toll. Shuttleservice hat wunderbar funktioniert.

Eigentlich würde ich dem Hotel 10 Punkte geben, aber es ist kaum möglich, sie ohne einen Anruf zu erreichen. Eine Antwort braucht mehrere Tage, was in der heutigen Zeit einfach nicht geht. Wenn man vom Flughafen abgeholt werden will, muss man anrufen. Finde das denkbar ungünstig, da viele Touristen keine SIM Karte haben. Da wäre ein Service über zB WhatsApp angebracht.

Convenient hotel close to airport, serving good breakfast would come here again.

It was very close and convenient location from the airport. Perfect for arriving after a long haul late night flight.

Close to the national park i spend most of my last day there. Nice and amazing restaurants next to the hotel Free bus to the airport every 30 minutes

Good location close to the airport + free shuttle Nice rooftop pool (sad that bar is closed) Good shower I liked the little balcony They don’t ask for a deposit Two 7elevens in the area, one only 3min walk

WiFi was bad most days The walls and door are like carton so you hear all noises The big guy at reception was not friendly, when I asked him for an extra pillow he said the hotel was fully booked so he didn’t have an extra pillow. He seemed extremely lazy and I don’t think he liked his job. 1 pillow was not enough! The closest beach is the one from the National Park, so entry costs 200 bath/ person between 7AM and 6PM

Very happy, convenient, clean and comfortable, close to everything we needed

We had to find a hotel close to the airport due to a cancelled flight, the location was a 7 min walk from the terminal, very easy to find. check in was quick and easy, rooms were clean and tidy. there are a few restaurants very close by along with grocery stores. 10 min walk away from the beach/national park where you will pay 200bht per person for entry, this gives you access to a nice long beach where you can have the aircrafts land right above you. the hotel provides an airport shuttle every 30 mins which was a nice touch. check out time was 12pm, however our flight was at 8pm, paid a reasonable 400bht to extend the room to 5pm check out.

Pool needed a little attention with cleanliness.

The staff didn't provide a hand soap and asked to use the shower gel to wash hands. At first, I was declined with the request to provide toothpaste and toothbrush and then on raising the concern it was provided. It appeared like the staff does not want to provide regular toiletries for their guests

it wasn’t the welcome I’d hoped for on the first night of our stay in Phuket. Disappointing, but if you just want a stop

beside the airport, but airport taxi would not discount on fare. 400 baht for 3min journey, not hotels fault but traveller beware.

pool and bar were both closed early no option but to spend the evening in our room instead of enjoying hotels facilities which we’d paid for. Bathroom walls were dirty beside the sink. mattress was extremely firm. Fine for an overnight stop but that is all.

Acceptable accomodation for 1 night in transit, but does not match description or photos

close to the airport and Naiyang beach was a 15 minute walk The free airport transfer is a nice touch

The property did not match the photos. The rooftop pool was unclean and the rooftop bar didn’t exist anymore. The air con in the room didn’t work properly and when I asked them to try to fix or move me they just ignored me. The room door would close without being forced closed and then sometimes wouldn’t lock and an alarm would go off. The bed was very uncomfortable.

Great airport stay

Perfect location if you need to be near the airport, with the shuttle. Room 310 was lovely, very clean & good AC. the rooftop area was great, and the pool has an amazing view.

the wifi was extremely slow, an virtually non existent at quite a few points. the shower water pressure could be better, and there’s very little temperature control.
