Very basic, but checked all the boxes for our needs.

The location is great. It’s very close to the train station. It’s also easy to walk to town. Everything is close by. The host met us outside the property and recommended local eateries, that turned out to be fabulous.

Very basic and could do with more utensils, like a bread knife.

Great location, whole apartment to yourself

The property owner Franco was great and super helpful. Very informative about the property and the area. Regular communication and met us on arrival. The bed linen is so soft and comfortable.

There are only 3 single beds in one room. A double bed and 1 single would be good :)

Very close to the train station and the seafront. Check in was very easy, we were met at the property.

Beds were very narrow.

A beautiful apartment, it a beautiful location.

Convenient location, close to the beach, grocery store, cafes for breakfast etc, everything you need to stay for more than just a few days. We stayed for 6 days and could do laundry as necessary (especially in July heat!), cook etc. Franco was very helpful and very quick to respond to any questions. He gave advice on where to eat and nearby grocery shops, and was very helpful when the ac stopped working and gave us a night of AC for free (Italy energy prices are super high at the moment from the war in Ukraine, but the price is fair to subsidize the cost of running the AC). We would highly recommend this place and hope to come back in the future!

If the window in the bedroom is open at night, you can hear the train in the evening. But the extra price for the AC (because of the war, right now the price is €10 per day) is absolutely worth it.

Very good placement with the train station being a 4 minute walk.

Well located and equiped. A microwave oven would be nice.

Water heating makes the second person's bath a cold experience.
