We had an ok stay in the end, but it was bittersweet.

We booked a specific room based on booking photos. Room comfort is essential for us, so are the toom looks. The host swapped rooms for supposedly a better one, which was objectively way worse. It was 1m2 larger, but very clumsy and felt like staying in a warehouse. The host mentioned that they acted with good intentions, but this was done without our awareness. The room we got was something we would never have paid €75 for the night for, it lacked comfort. The original room we booked was apparently occupied and with a min stay of 2 nights, i suspect it was given away before our arrival, suggesting that we were never meant to get the room we initially booked and the story about getting a bigger room was a cover-up. Not sure if that is the case, but some things just dont compute. The next day (after cleaning ) they put us into the original room we booked, which was ok. As a compensation for the troubles and the disappointment (of which i was very vocal with the management) they offered us a 50% night discount for .... out next booking with them. Not a great deal, imo. I did not find their attitude customer oriented. Through booking.com we were eventually able to get back 10% of the money paid. Rated: 1 - for the first night, 9 - for the second

Очень рекомендую отель, остались приятные эмоции. С удовольствием вернулась бы.

Прекрасный отель с чудесным видом на горы. В 10 минутах ходьбы - поляна Шимошкова. В 25 минутах от отеля - центральная улица.

Все понравилось. Неплохо, если бы были более разнообразные завтраки.

Dobra lokalizacja, łatwe zameldowanie, pokój w bardzo dobrym standardzie, na wyposażeniu lodówka, czajnik, tv, własna łazienka i parking przy obiekcie

śniadanie było odpowiednie, choć drugiego dnia o 9:00 nie było już jajecznicy oraz wędliny do kanapki :-)

ogrzewanie w pokoju było zbyt małe, nocą było wręcz zimno.

Polecam, ale jest kilka rzeczy do poprawienia.

Design i wystrój pokoju był bardzo ładny. Obiekt wyróżnia się na tle innych obiektów w mieście.

Oprócz ładnego designu pokoju pierwsze co rzuciło nam się w oczy po wejściu to poplamiona cała wykładzina i krzesła. Nieprzyjemny widok. Niestety wygłuszenie pokoi i akustyka budynku pozostawia wiele do życzenia. O północy słyszeliśmy Pana, który rozmawiał za ścianą, w innym pokoju - było słychać wszystko, każde słowo. Dodatkowo każdy odgłos niósł się z korytarza. O 9 nie było praktycznie już nic na śniadaniu, nawet ekspres nie działał :(

- dobra lokalizacja, niedaleko szlakow oraz restauracji i sklepu spozywczego - apartament doskonaly, ladnie urzadzony, bardzo czysty, lozka wygodne - sniadanie: kazdy znajdzie cos dla siebie i glodny nie wyjdzie - obsluga doskonala - cena adekwatna do standardu. Polecam.

Przestronny, bardzo ładny apartament, bardzo dużym udogodnieniem jest bezproblemowe zameldowanie, mimo później godziny przyjazdu. Serdecznie dziękuje za zrealizowanie prośby dotyczącej samochodu.

Modern room with mountain views

Very well furnished and clean accommodation. Room had everything needed for a short stay and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel is located a bit outside the busy town centre but still within walking distance (20-25min). Bus connections are also available. The mountain views were incredible.

Not soundproof, could hear noise from the hallway and other rooms.

The kettle was not working, i contacted the owner via iMessage since nobody is available at the property to get a replac

We are at a point where almost everything is automated, so we forgot how much human interaction is important.

We liked the hotel. The room is clean and fresh, nice bathroom, wi-fi works well, comfortable bed. Tasty breakfast - everyone can choose what he likes. The location is also good, next to the Żabka and restaurant. But the most important thing is the amazing view from the balcony! We were satisfied, can recommend!

We was for one day but we really enjoyed, room was clean ,smell good everything so stylish and modern not far away from centre .If you want feel like in home you need definitely choose aspen house 🏠

It was really great!

In general, it was a pleasant stay. Clean rooms, delicious breakfast, quiet rooms.

The bathroom was really small and uncomfortable at some points. Me and my husband are not so tall but had to be careful with the sink or shower.

We would love to stay here when we come to Zakopane next time.

We stayed with a 7-month old baby, so cleanliness, location and the safety of the space were of utmost importance. This place had it all! And we enjoyed every bit of our stay there. Location is really great, some trails are accessible by walking. You can also easily reach the city centre on foot. It was also convenient to walk with a stroller. And not to mention the mounting view right behind the hotel! Perfect spot for taking pictures and such a pleasure to wake up to in the morning. The rooms were perfectly clean so we were comfortable with our baby crawling everywhere. Huge thanks to the staff for paying attention to the tiniest details. Communication with the staff was quick and easy, nice breakfast, I was surprised to see there high chairs for babies as well!

Dissatisfaction

Even though I booked and paid for the night in this property, when I arrived, I've got a cancellation notice from the property, they said sorry we are closed. Whereas in the Booking app the property didn't cancel anything, I had to manage cancellation, the refund with Booking and search a new sleeping place. Very dissatisfying experience. Would like to recommend the property to deactivate your hotel in Booking if you actually don't accept guests - you will make many people's lives much easier.

We didn’t have hot water so had to take a cold shower after a chilly day out and there was no coffee provided (only sugars and tea)
