Pessima.

Comfortable well equipped mini apartment. I was cycling from Turin to Geneva. The manager was accommodating and fine to leave my road bike in the room. Plenty of facilities close by.
Not a big deal, but would be great if there were some coffee satchels etc. We made an early start before anything was open so the pre cup of coffee always nice.

Rustic design of rooms. Plenty of wood. Modern bath. Great parking in a city center.
Annex apartment L3 required climbing 3 flights of stairs to reach the room.

Lovely, authentique Alpine style hotel. Bedroom and bathroom excellent.
Beautifully clean. Great restaurant and food.
Nothing.

Simple but cosy, friendly staff although not speaking much english. Good food, both breakfast and dinner. We hade a room on the second floor with view over the city and mountains.
A bit hard to communicate sometimes but with a little french knowledge you get by fine.

location and decor. free parking. Staff helpful and friendly. Balcony present. Nearby shop and restaurants.
shower would not stay warm. Smell of restaurant (especially cheese) would be present in the evening. No lift present.

If you take the studio apartment, it's perfect. Right in the middle of town, top floor so no noises from anyone next floor, very clean and comfortable, along with a little kitchenette. I slept really well. They even have free parking around the back. And best of all is the breakfast which, whilst small, was packed with delicious local products and home made delicacies.
I was only there for a night, but have to say that I didn't find anything negative. Loved the stay.

Traditionally furnished hotel in Alpine style in the old town (although it is a brisk uphill walk to the citadel) but a few bars & restaurants nearby (mostly all full unless you had prebooked). Private secure parking 2 min walk away although there is baggage drop-off outside. Very helpful check & staff.
Bathroom was a bit small, room overlooking main road junction a bit noisy.

Welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Secure parking. Great central location. Street closed to traffic overnight so it was nice and quiet.
No fridge. Room was a bit on the small side.

quaint ski hotel. old but well maintained.
nearby church bells rang every hour. made sleep difficult because window had to be open in absence of air conditioning.

If you like hotels dripping with old-world charm, stay here. The room (and breakfast room) is paneled in wood, and full of strange carved objects and animals. Every time we entered our room, we were bathed in natural pine scent from the woodwork. Thu luggage "rack" in our room was a trunk bearing an inscription from the year 1799! Everything was comfortable, but simple. The breakfast was maybe one click too simple, but didn't detract from our stay. Our room was in a secondary (and very historic) building across the street from the hotel reception. We were planning to stay 4 nights but extended it to 5, because our large room (L1?) was comfortable, and the location, at the edge of the old town (but not the elevated Cite Vauban) was good. There is no end of outdoor activities here - hiking, biking, sightseeing, and presumably skiing in winter. Oh, and check out the Italian restaurant one block from the hotel; it's excellent, and always busy.
The room has no air conditioning, but opening the windows was problematic, because our room opened on a busy round-about. Fortunately, the weather was cool, so this wasn't a major problem.

The feeling of the hotel was cozy, the food (breakfast and dinner)and service for me was perfect for the type of short break. We will for sure return..

Our room was very nice and clean. There was a good choice for breakfast - continental style. Dinner was also delicious with a lovely choice of local dishes. Raymond was extremely friendly and helpful with any requests which we had. We would definitely stay there again. No hesitation. There are also several bars and restaurants near to the hotel whic you can easily walk to. And a small supermarket.

Beautiful room with fantastic view. Staff friendly and accommodating. Fast wifi. Perfect location.
Really noisy church bells ringing every hour throughout the night. Close proximity of rooms to each other - consider others if you have a crying baby.

Exceptional hospitality and service. Also, it is perfectly located, it has a very good restaurant downstairs. Rooms are very cosy and beautifully designed. Breakfast is very tasty. We liked everything about our stay and we are very grateful for the help. My husband forgot his AirPods, and M. Raymond kindly sent it to our home address.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The garage was very safe and secure. The breakfast was excellent and the staff were very helpful.
The nearby church bell sounded all through the night and a bright street lamp stopped us opening the door fully so the room was quite hot. I didn't sleep well.

All natural wood, inside a beautiful hand made wooden box, classic!
Wi-fi did not reach our room on the 3rd floor.

The room had an authentic Alpine 'chalet' feel. There was clearly a lot of thought and love that went into the design and finish of the rooms and the hotel as a whole. We were three in one room, very comfortable and cosy. The location is central - maybe for some it might be considered too busy? - but the hotel is perfectly placed to give guests access to shops, restaurants, cafés and most of the all, stunning mountains, streams and wildlife.
The reception when we arrived was a little brisk and not that welcoming.
4.5
Nicely done up place - difficult to keep clean in all parts and aspects
Street is a little noise - it’s on the main drag
