We enjoyed our stay. Location was great. Cosy bedrooms.

The location was excellent. We were close to Tesco and many local eat outs. Kitchen was well equipped. Cosy place. Tv had Disney+ so kids were entertained during our time indoors.

The only toilet/shower was down in the kitchen. Was a bit inconvenient. Also, our heaters and hot water totally stopped working on Friday afternoon. I msgd the owner from booking.com and they responded quickly. Unfortunately, since it was a technical problem, we were stuck in without hot water and heaters for one whole day.

Nice house in a quiet location.

Comfortable and clean property in a location which suited our needs. A short walk to a couple of restaurants and a supermarket.

Small point - could have done with a full length mirror/ a mirror near a plug socket for us ladies trying to do our hair!

Old smelling, dusty smell…needs to rip up carpet as it’s too old…fix flooring in Kitchen, needs major renovation pictures on Booking.com gives false expectations , not what is expected when arrived, host was very accommodating and helped us with anything, but house needs a good renovation

we could not get hob to work on cooker , and toilet was leaking but everything else was fine

Great house with good facilities

Keys were available early. Great location and not far from the hop on and off buses. Lovely places to eat close

Tv had no chanels but wasn't really in the house. Bedrooms were very warm

Enjoyable comfortable stay

Good location close to bus route to centre and within walking distance of Ulster Museum, Botanic Gardens and the University. Comfortable and self contained.

Sorry ,but toilet and shower on the same level as the bedrooms would be more convenient. The TV's tended to cut out when the one in the adjacent room was put on. The recycling bins were overfull and there was no advice on what should go where.

perfect location, great value

Ideal location, close to a bus stop and train stop for easy travel and also very cheap to get taxis in and out to town if needed. Also close to shops to get a few bits for the house. House is lovely and cosy, the kids loved having their own sitting room and area to play in. Comfy beds & one of the best showers I have ever experienced in a rental. Just an all round good spot for either family or couple

The only thing, and such a small thing, but the only mirrors were 2 small mirrors so just would have preferred a longer mirror for getting ready. Again it did not stop us enjoying the property and our stay

Lovely quiet area, House is lovely, clean, warm, comfortable and close to the city centre.

Lovely quiet area, fairly close to the city centre and there is shops within walking distant to the house. Very clean apartment, the shower is amazing. 😀

Lack of mirrors for getting women getting ready putting on makeup etc could do with something bigger in one of the rooms upstairs. But not a big issue. :)

most enjoyable stay also near retail park and Lisburn Road

the space like two living areas near to Windsor park managed to take in a game if there were anything to suggest I would say maybe a small sink upstairs as there were no water at all everything downstairs

The double bed was nice

The fold up bed wasn't very comfortable and the couch bed wasn't working. No proper duvet for thar bed. A tea pot might be good too.

Our stay!!!

House was nicely decorated with what looked like a fairly new built kitchen and bathroom extension. Clean and tidy with spacious rooms. A huge wardrobe in the main bedroom which could accommodate both bedrooms. Night life is phenomenal as you would expect, entertainment in every bar!!! Titanic Exhibition is brilliant, £21.50 per adult and worth every penny!

Property is on a quite busy with traffic street, noisy at night time. Very far out of the city centre (about 45min walk, however buses do run every 10mins on the main road) At the back of the property is a very small outside area, with no seating at all, the bins were over flowing and smelly, so to be honest you wouldn't want to sit outside with that, and also there were loads and loads of cigarette butts on the ground, which quite frankly is minging, especially to non smokers!!! There is a £35.00 cleaning fee to be paid when booking, which I thought was a bit steep, this should have used to sort out the 'yard'. The weather was nice and sunny during our stay, it would've been nice to be able to sit outside in the morning with a coffee!!! I can not fault anything else, the inside of the property is spotless and the proprietor is very communicative, responding to my messages almost straight away!

Great location, very clean and comfortable.

I wasn't informed of the holding deposit and an email had t been sent about it so was unable to get into the property. It took about half an hour to get it sorted and I'm still waiting for my refund.

No hot water or heating - no reply till the next day

Unfortunately, the stay was ruined to us by the hosts.

Stay here if u want to get less than you paid for - we arrived to the property and there was no heating or hot water - we texted them and called the emergency number and no one replied. Had to spend an aweful first evening without the boiler working, it was 4 degrees that night in belfast - poor poor service. Requested late checkout - the answer was no; requested to leave the luggage for a couple more hours - the answer was no; requested a partial refund, just for the first night where we did not have what we were supposed to and guess what - the answer was no.
