Good location and facilities but old furnitures and equipment… Everything was dusty and the fridge was dirty! The toilet

Nice location, apartment well equipped with nice view, pool and beach access across the street

Pictures look better than the reality as the apartment looked bigger, brighter and cleaner!

Nothing The owner of the house was not cooperative, and all air conditions not working properly, and there was pests

Overall for the location is good and nice but for the cleanliness it may need to improve a bit. I will come here again

The location of the property is near the beach side.

Cleanliness about the cutleries and the fridge is not clean and it got the smelly taste.

Not a great one, but probably can just be a stay for the night

A place for the night , can accommodate 6 people. they do have extra beds also, but can be improved overall.

The room pillows were so thin that you barely could feel the presence of the pillow. The hall doesn’t have an aircond, so expect the hall to be warm, and the fan control was not working either for us to adjust the speed. the kitchen had leaking on the floor unsure from where. master room sides also had leaking water from the windows that they covered with cloth at the side for the leaking. The pictures varies a little then how it actually looks in real. Otherwise the owners were very nice and friendly.

Only maybe the parking fee..bring kids so can not walk.need to go out with car, which leverages the spend money for parking

Room view.

Very rude staff. The lady checking us out was ill-mannered. The room had so many ants everywhere! Not clean. The pans/pots had a weird smell in them. One of the main bedroom ACs was not working. There was a dead lizard on the terrace floor. It was very creepy. It was not a children-friendly place. We felt very unsafe going out at night with family.

Perfect Peaceful Place in Penang

This was a great place to stay. I work remotely, so I'm indoors most of the time, and I need reliable wifi. This was a great place to stretch out and enjoy, because the space was very large and comfortable. The wifi was great, no issues at all. I very much enjoyed the view from the apartment, as well. This was a great, quiet stay for me.

The location was pleasant, but there wasn't a whole lot nearby. There was the beach across the street, which was nice, and some good restaurants to eat at, but I ended up taking the bus to most places for activities.

easy to collect and simple instructions

The place a lil old, but overall was good. Clean. The beds were not so comfortable as it was hard, my elderly mother found it hard to sleep. The aircons were leaking so couldn't use aircon in the room.

Great stay, thank you, will come again

The unit was clean and comfortable. The view was facing the Rasa Sayang Hotel, but the apartment was a bit on the high side, so we could still see the sea and enjoyed the sea breeze while watching netflix. Comfortable beds!

The fridge wasnt very cool, but the freezer worked. The parking was using touch n go, but at least there were plenty of spots, so all good.

Location.

Bathroom shower and water heater leaking, should have it repaired. Water filter water comes out too slow. Just take note on these.
