Séjour un peu décevant, équipements et services précaires

L'emplacement, la vue sur mer, l'amabilité et la disponibilité de Ali bey.

Dans la salle de bain, l'eau ne s'évacuait pas dans la cabine de douche et fuitait. La clim ne fonctionnait pas très bien dans la pièce principale, la chambre n'avait pas de clim. Nous étions logés au dernier étage de la chambre 108. Il n'y avait pas de cuisine. Il n'y a pas de service de nettoyage. Les draps et les serviettes de bain ne sont pas changé malgré les 10 jours de vacances passées. Il faut demander les produits d'hygiène (papier toilettes, shampoing, savon, etc..) pas de pantoufle jetable. Les équipements sont rudimentaires et très vieux. Un rafraîchissement serait préférable.

Радушный персонал - благодарю администратора Али за внимание и заботу. Апартаменты больших размеров. С одного из балконов (их два) открывается потрясающий вид на море и окрестности, на котором мы могли завтракать и ужинать. Соотношение цены и качества.

Требуется ремонт/замена сантехники, да и всего санузла в целом. Подъем в гору к апартаментам может быть сложной задачей.

Very bad dirty old hotel ... i wondered how he can open as a hotel !!! Everything is damaged .. toilettes are disgusting and destroyed !!! Beds are not comfortable and very very very old and damaged

A memorable stay.

The location is perfect.The staff are first class and will go the extra mile to ensure everything is perfect for your stay. The garden restaurant has an amazing view and the food was the best we had in Kusadasi. A wonderful family run hotel with a great staff,we cannot speak highly of Asia and our thanks to manager Ali and owner Hilal and family for making our stay so memorable. Very highly recommended. 😎

Perfect little place to spend your stay in Kusadasi

The staff was very welcoming. The view was magnificent. It's a bit of a walk to the main city, but it's a beautiful walk along the water. Would highly recommend getting the breakfast. Large portions and delicious.

The shampoo and soap was a bit watered down, but that was really unimportant to our stay, which was overall excellent.

Out the way a little bit not properly open (To early in season) otherwise great place just to put your head down.

No pool or bar or to eat but as I said before we went out of season so it was not the properties fault!

It was a very nice stay with lovely people.

The manager and staff were very helpful. The hotel was very central between the town and Ladies Beach.

There is a bit of a hill when you are walking from the main road to access the apartments. Also the bathroom could do with some refurbishment.

There were no breakfast, the only thing i liked was the beautiful view from balcony and the hotel person, Ali.

there were no cleaning in general, there were no internet, the conditions for ironing were very bad. The hotel is located on the hil, so it was a challenge every time to go up and down

The view and the balcony is the only feature of this location, the bed is ok.

The House is quite deprecated...like no one cares for it for a long time now...Most of things are not working, especially the air conditioning could even burn. These guys will get a fire at that location, the air conditioning in the house has no cooling agent and can any time overheat and burn. So no cooling, sometimes no hot water and old and very dirty pieces of furniture and bathroom. No internet at location, i could not get into the internet most of the time...and the connection, when it works is very poor. Practically, you pay for the view and the bed. The people are nice but play fool when you ask them something or complain about something like in all Turkey.

Pool closed at 9pm. Perhaps extended time would be better as the sun goes down at 8.30-9.00pm.
