I felt like I was in a pig sty

The room was filthy, dimly lit, it had no amenities and it reeked of cigarette smoke. The whole experience was of one disgust. Bed bugs where a definite.

sheets were dirty, had not been changed. floors were gritty, had not been cleaned. steps were dark and slippery to upstairs rooms.

Nice place to stay

Quiet, pleasant staff, microwave and small refrigerator in room. Short distance to stores, town, delivery also available.

I am still here. I extended my stay, not sure when I am leaving.

There is no breakfast here. There is a small refrigerator and microwave or one can call for delivery.

it’s cleaner to go camping in a Yurt, pup tent, or teepee, the refrigerator leaked because there was such a frost build

towels stained windows didn’t lock, insisted on charging for a service dog! called it cleaning fees, what a joke. the place was so dirty the dog needed s bath after entering the room.

it was dirty and the staff or owner was obstinate and exploited staff. they had only stained towels to work with. three were cobwebs on the pillows toilet ran constantly and bedroom lights didn’t work. called to have this addressed. nobody ever showed up

absolutely nothing

everything, we had blood on our bathroom door in two locations. stains on almost every piece of bedding, and then physical fecal matter on a “clean” towel from the cleaning crew that was left for us upon arrival.

A very relaxing and comfortable plus friendly

This hotel has a nice river behind you can sit and relax at. The staff and management are exceptionally friendly and helpful especially housekeeping!

Maybe the parking was tight.

Not too many hotels available in New Milford, so overall it was better than driving home late at

No breakfast at this hotel. Very close to the function we were attending on Saturday evening

The bathroom was out dated as well as the room. Could have been a little more modern. The bed was a king and was not too bad for sleeping.

Cleanliness of the room.

The room was ice cold and took over 2 hrs to warm up. This is really a motel, not an Inn.

My stay was perfect. Simple room with what I needed. Heather was very accommodating.

Heather was wonderful, very friendly. My room was perfect…staying here while visiting family in the area for the holidays. There is a fridge and microwave in the room.
