It was terrible.

Front counter staff is rude. The room has mold and my son has a respiratory infection now. Plumbing is bad. Our restroom was backed up and we could not used the restroom for an entire night. The front desk counter said they did not have access to a plunger. It was terrible.

The room was nice and the overall hotel was a great deal.

I was disappointed that the elevator was broken and I had to carry a bunch of luggage up to the fourth floor.

Awful.

Properties AirPort shuttle was terrible. It passes every thirty minutes and they left us twice at the gate. Mind you it was midnight when we got to the hotel and our flight with luggage’s claimed arrived at 10:20ish so we waited quite awhile in the freezing cold. We called numerous times until they stopped answering. Then when we get to the hotel the elevators were all out and the staff was so terrible that they didn’t even want to help us carry our 5 luggage’s and we are a family of four with two under 5. When I asked for an extended check out since we didn’t get to bed till 1:30am they made it a big deal and only gave us till noon to check out, wow and entra thirty minutes. All in all management didn’t even get involved since the staff said they would tell me the same thing and I just need to call and leave a message to Allive.

I would absolutely stay here again!

The staff was amazing! They helped me SO much! The night shift checkin guy helped me carry luggage up 3 flights since the elevator was broken, and answered all my shuttle questions! The day shift check in lady super friendly, great conversation, very helpful with my daughter and the baby. The shuttle man literally helped us so much with all the luggage, baby, car seat, and to find our way to the elevator at the airport. Your staff went above and beyond! My room was clean, comfortable, perfect for my travel needs.

The elevator was broken.

帰国前の一泊宿としては価格的にリーズナブルで、立地的にも良いところだったと思います。

行きは荷物があったため最寄駅(Angle Lake)からUberを使いましたが、その後は、外出の時も戻る時も徒歩で行ける距離(約10分)でした。受付の対応は、明るく分かりやすかったです。施設は新しいものではありませんでしたが、きちんと整備されていたという印象です。朝食には、ワッフルメーカーが用意されており、美味しくいただきました。

表通りからの入口にホテルの表示がされていると良かったと思いました。よくホテルに戻る時に表通りを歩いていて「地形的にそろそろ着くはずだけど？」と思って地図でチェックしたら、まさにその入り口のところでした！

For the price I paid just for an overnight stay, I wont mind staying at this place again.

Its very close to the airport.

There was a smell like dirt when we arrived. Not sure where its coming from. But we just stayed overnight.

Less than expectation.

Close to SEATAC airport and convenient location.

Breakfast menu is not many selection, seating is very limited, most of all, the staff is demanding tips placing cups everywhere saying "Thank you for Tips" and she is unfriendly, definitely uncomfortable in very small breakfast seating area, do not want to go there and not want to stay there again.

Close to the airport, room was a nice size, and the price was good.

Finding it was difficult, breakfast was just ok, finding the lobby was also very difficult. Thought the hotel would be nicer as it was a Best Western.

Most likely will not be staying there again!

Price and location were good. Close to airport.

My room was dirty and had cockroaches. I went and let staff know and they didn’t care to move me to new room. All I was told was that they would go look at it the following day! We couldn’t even watch tv because the remote was missing.

Nice place to stay (:

We had a wonderful time! There were four of us traveling, and we had three beds to work with between the two queen beds and the sofa bed. The hotel worked out very well for our needs. We were very thankful for the breakfast. Everything worked out great! :) The airport shuttle was very helpful and the price was good for the stay, as well.

No pool. Otherwise, great!!

Okay, good for short stay.

Open parking for Uhaul (10ft)

The free pickup from airport took quite a while to arrive and I wish the reception told me how long before it should arrive as I was with a toddler (1 year old) waiting in the open cold at A-2 station. In the end I took an Uber after waiting 20mins- too cold for young toddler (1 year old)

Excellent accommodations

Lean, cheerful employees and always willing to lend a helping hand! STAFF went out of their way to make us comfortable when we had a late flight out and had already checked out of our room. They found a comfortable place for us to stay while we waited and made sure we had a key for bathroom access.

Airport Shuttle was perfect for my trip

It was convenient to the airport and the shuttle was handy. The staff was friendly and helpful; the room was clean and comfortable.

It was difficult to find the hotel; our taxi took us to a different Best Western and then dropped us off at the SureStay...not the SureStay Plus.

Nice hotel, but the parking situation is "bizarre".

Nice hotel. Room was clean and comfortable.

One of the most bizarre parking setups I've ever encountered. Yes, it was free but was VERY limited. Half of the main parking lot is reserved for somebody else and there are signs that if you park in those spaces you'll be towed. Hard to get in to the parking lot, have to make a U-Turn and look hard for the entrance. The parking spaces are super tiny also. If you arrive two people in a car, then one will have to disembark before pulling in to a space (and the driver will then have to "slither" out. The lobby is in a corner of the building, is tiny and not well marked. End of the day, not a bad hotel, but the layout and parking is just "bizarre".

Not the best.

Price was great. Shuttle was great. Staff was nice and room was clean.

Not safe. We were on the 2ND floor, which was 1 above ground level. Our window didn't lock. It's not safe for the neighborhood. Toilet paper holder was half missing. It was held by the spring. Tub drain plug would not fit in completely for a bath. Building was very old. Room bed was squeaky.

Rude Shuttle Driver

Nice staff and close to the airport. It was a clean room but noisy and loud due to being right next to the light rail.

The shuttle driver was incredibly rude and impatient. They ask if you are staying in the North or the South and it is not clear in the reservation. He had my elder mother wait for a shuttle for over 45 minutes.

we have to wait for shutter bus about 1 hrs at 10:00PM and when bus come there is too many people waiting cannot fit in the bus. when we call the front desk just keep say "5 minute" "it on the way" and then when call again no answer.

Very needed rest and respite after 24 hours of flying and another leg still to go.

The staff was really amiable which helped us to feel comfortable in the big city and an area that was surrounded by big buildings and parking lots. the bed and sheets were super comfortable. the room showed signs of wear but it had everything we needed to rest after 24 hours of flying.

There are TWO Sure Stay Hotels with little to distinguish them from each other. we got on the wrong shuttle and went to the other "Sure Stay". Luckily we figured it out before the van left so they took us to the right "Sure Stay" as a courtesy. I suggest a name change for one of these two hotels.

Super Lage, knappe 15 Minuten zu Fuß zur S1 Linie. Preis Leistungsverhältnis war gut. Man ist auch gleich am Flughafen.

Parkplätze an der Unterkunft sind begrenzt. Die Unterkunft ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen.

Good place to recharge when coming in from a long trip from Europe.

I appreciated the breakfast; there was staff on hand to keep the breakfast room organized. Pretty standard fare. The room seemed huge (I just got in from Ireland where rooms are tiny). I appreciated being able to open the windows. Pickup from the airport was well organized.

Served our needs but I wouldn't stay there again for the rate we paid.

Location near airport. Large room. Bed very comfortable. Room clean and well maintained.

Very hard to find at first. Even our GPS led us through another property's parking lot. Interior felt like we were in the 50s. Breakfast was below average but typical for this type of property. No maid service even with a 4 day stay.

Top hotel nabij Airport

+ Goed amerikaans ontbijt incl brood + Wij hadden een ruime en schone kamer + Comfortabele bedden + Goede WiFi + Koffie op de kamer en in de lobby + Gratis busvervoer naar shopping centrum Westfield + Vriendelijk personeel + Dichtbij treinstation Angle Lake waar je naar het centrum van Seattle kunt reizen (retourkaartje kost circa $6,--) vanuit dit hotel kun je dus ook heel goed Seattle ontdekken.

- Kamer en badkamer zou iets moderner ingericht kunnen worden, maar dat is dan ook het enige wij wij kunnen bedenken. Het is gewoon een heel goed hotel.

Flughafenhotel in der Nähe vom SeaTac Airport

In der Nähe vom Flughafen, mit dem Auto ca. 5 min entfernt. Shuttlebus zum Flughafen auch vorhanden, haben wir nicht benutzt. 10 min. zu Fuß von der Bahnstation Angle Lake entfernt. Mit der Bahn in ca. 45 min nach Seattle Zentrum. Kosten ca. 8$ day pass pro Person. Frühstück war typisch amerikanisch, mit Waffeln, Eier, Würstchen, Marmelade, Butter, Joghurt, usw. Zimmer waren eher klein, ging aber für 3 Personen. Zimmer war schon um 13 Uhr fertig, obwohl man ab 15 Uhr erst einchecken konnte.

Kaum Restaurants oder Supermarkt fußläufig in der Nähe. Parkplatz eher klein, aufpassen die mit C gekennzeichneten Parkflächen sind für Angestellte des Hotels, Abschleppzone.
