The room was clean, bed was comfy, and they served breakfast, including eggs, sausage and pancakes. Airport shuttle is available throughout the day and night. The staff members working the front desk were friendly and helpful. They made us feel very welcome!

It is close to airport and the noise level was quite loud I couldn’t sleep well even with earplugs .Also, maintenance started around 9:00 am and they were outside and very noisy as well.

It served our purpose and was reasonably priced. Would stay there again

Room and bed were very comfortable and they accommodated our early arrival request. Shuttle was on time and driver was helpful. Decent breakfast eating area.

Not many options to eat around the facility. Taxi driver told us not to go out at night, so we walked to the IHOP and had an early dinner instead.

Big room, with very comfortable bed and pillows. Everything was very clean and organized. Airport shuttle service was very appreciated, and they also dropped me off at the railway station too. Breakfast was good, had the minimum, but they should use normal plates and stuff, not disposable anymore!

Quick overnighter.

The beds, pillows and sheets felt lovely. The staff were very generous and helped me at check in. The toiletries in the shower were good too.

The noise from the road but it wasn’t too bad.

Location. Bed. Shower. Pool area. Staff. Breakfast options. Close to the Light Rail train parking lot. Access to freeway. Variety of restaurants. Mall isnt that far.

The homeless around the area at night. Lack of lighting at night in parking area.

Whenever someone used the toaster the whole room smelt of burnt toast to the point where I felt I needed to leave so my clothes didnt pickup the smell.

Exceptional

The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was quite comfortable. Breakfast was more than what I expected including warm pancakes from the machine for the first time. The evening staff I encountered was very helpful when I told him that my suitcase was broken and needed to get a new one.

No complaints!
