Slechte service, geen 5 sterren!

Goed bed en relatief mooie kamer en badkamer.

Zwembad wordt niet schoongemaakt en alle drankjes, blikjes, etensresten en shisha laten ze dagen staan voordat het wordt opgeruimd. Airco op de kamer werkt niet, altijd 25graden. Ontbijt is heel mager en iedere dag hetzelfde, weinig keuze. Personeel is niet gewend aan gasten, ze zitten de hele dag met elkaar en doen niets aan service of het naar je zin maken. Het is absoluut geen 5 sterren hotel.

Great stay, excellent hotel

The hotel overall was amazing. The hotel itself was modern and the rooms were very clean. The pool and food were also really nice The staff were very welcoming and helped with requests. I would definitely recommend !

Superb

Very nice, looking hotel, clean and well equipped. For us the location was very good because we were on a motorcycle tour and there are excellent roads close to the hotel. Close parking. If you get a good price, it will definitely worth it.

The interior design is not my cup of tea, but there was no problem. It was a pity the breakfast starts at 8 AM although they didn’t serve the food at eight, but at 8:20 I was a little bit angry because we lost time because of it first we didn’t get the room I booked, but they solve the problem.

Great place to stay close to Shkoder, a lively city with many interesting places to visit like the Rozafa castle and the Photographic museum, and a buzzing pedestrian zone in the centre with lots of nice bars and restaurants. The five of us absolutely adored the swimming pool. It's large with lots of comfortable beds, parasols and a bar. The rooms were large and airconditioned. Plenty of parking space outside, also some places in the garage under the hotel. Very friendly staff, they were always ready to answer questions or give advice on trips.

There were not many chairs in the room. It would have been nice that each person had a chair.

The experience is in the name. DELUXE

The presentation inside and out of the hotel is immaculate. Stunning features. Pleasant staff. Music around the pool was kept to a reasonable volume. They had a wind down hour before the pool closed with lovely relaxing classic music, which was lovely.

Very good

The staff were really kind thoughtful and friendly and made our stay an absolute pleasure. The chef cooked us food that was not on the menu due to his absolute love of his craft. The food was amazing. The terrace pool terrace had spectacular views of both mountains and lake. Comfortable bed with excellent en suite facilities. The aspect of our stay that we valued the most was the welcome we received from the staff. Outstanding.

We would have appreciated it if the terrace pool had been attended to, to the same standard as the main pool. There was music playing by the main pool all day and the terrace pool became our sanctuary. But the cleanliness of this special feature was not always of a high standard. We would have appreciated being able to make a hot drink in our room. There were not facilities for this.

It’s very clean and the bath room and pool area are really nice. The staff at the reception was very helpful with any requests.

The staff at the restaurant is very inattentive so you‘ll have to bring a lot of time and patience. Especially for breakfast the service was bad. We waited all in all 1 h only for our coffees (30 min for the 1st one and 30 min for the 2nd one). You only get one coffee for breakfast, if you want more you‘ll have to pay. The breakfast is quite ordinary.

This is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in

This is my third time in Albania. I think this is one of the best hotels I’ve been in. It is clean, helpful and polite staff, beautiful design. They serve amazing breakfasts. Outside area with a swimming pool looks really nice. The room where I stayed in had everything I needed. I can definitely recommend it for a short and a longer stay too.

Deluxe is a very luxury hotel and big investment, but need to improve with staf management imetialely as 5-star hotel.

Lack of staf and we expected big open bufe breakfast, but instead anly some eggs and pancakes and no milk or juice ( certainly staf issue )

Nice building and rooms, kind service but should be listen more to details.

The location of the hotel is perfect, on the road to Montenegro, nearby at the boarder. The look of the hotel is very nice, the pool, the enterieur is wonderful, the lake and the hills are beautiful. The wifi was perfect, 5G everywhere. The breakfast was ok, we could ask any drinks without alcohol, nice omlet, ham, two cheese slice, tomato and gurkin, than fried pancake with honey or marmalade. The left and right room is nois free.

The smell in the bathroom was not so nice, the curtains could not be pulled together and we did not have in one room any towel. (We received after we asked for) There were no handkerchiefs. The safe was not working in one room, in the other it was. The temperature in the rooms could be adjusted from 20-21 C, not other options. (too cold for children), had to adjust (close each time we pulled out the key from the batch). The breakfast was table served and the same like last day. All higienic fluids (bath and hair claeners) were reused or refilled. We heared until 10 music all day, one night the upper room was too noisy, a child was running over and over.

Very relaxing and enjoyable! The beds were very comfortable and the en-suites were spotlessly clean.

The staff were very friendly, obliging and professional. The swimming pool was massive with beautiful views of the mountains behind it. The food was delicious and the service was great.

The location is a bit out of the city but you can get a taxi to Shkoder for less than €10 and a taxi to Podgorica airport for around €40 which the hotel were happy to organise for us.

One of the best hotels I ever stayed in.

Fantastic hotel and very affordable price for what you get. Absolutely clean and organised. The hotel is new and you can feel it, everything is neat. The staff is really friendly,helpful and well English spoken staff, everything I needed for a comfortable stay was there. Breakfast was delicious. The food is fresh and well prepared. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel, absolutely deserves 5 star.
