Beautiful location. The beds are so comfortable which is exactly what you need after mountains!
Hot tub is a lovely touch.
Property has everything you need for a wonderful stay.
The station is on your doorstep with trains to Betws-y-coed and many other stopping points up to Llandudno.
Lots of walks close to the property.
Spar shop close to the property for essentials. There are two pubs in the village - both serve food.
Snowdon is about a 30/40min drive from the property (depending on which route you are taking).
We had a great stay!

Nice stay in a no mansland. Very relaxing atmosphere and a jacuzzi on top.
The staircase was really steep.only a small supermarket close by.

Perfect cottage for a weekend getaway to climb Snowdon - the hot tub was exactly what was needed after that climb.
The property was clean, well finished and there was everything you needed to hand.
Would defiantly stay again. Thank you.
- no recycling facilities everything goes in one bin but evident from the street that you can recycle as a group we were not happy about this.
- there is no option for a late check out, 5 adults to get ready, clean up, pack and eat break fast is a bit of a squeeze - especially when you climbed a mountain the day before 😳
- the hot tub was a bit scummy when we got in, you could see and feel a scum ring near the top - with information on the screen stating filters needed cleaning.

The location is stunning! Beds are super comfy and the hot tub was definitely our (the childrens) favourite part of the visit!! We adored the fire place and the little touches (the sheep theme was lovely.)
The bathroom bin hadn’t been emptied which is obviously a bit yucky!
The toilet seat wasn’t my favourite if I was being a fuss pot!!

Location was good . Host was very responsive.
1) The temperature setting in the rooms was controlled by host. I did not like it , as I need to be free to set the temperature as per my wish. Everytime if we have to call the host to set the temperature is very incovenient.
2) We did not enjoy the Jacuzzi as the water temperature was not very comfortable. In fact we paid premium only for Jacuzzi.

Cottage well equipped, nicely presented and comfortable. A good base to explore the area. Easy walk to village shop.
Parking not on site- short walk uphill to public car park. Garden area overlooked by neighbours on both sides which made it feel less like the hideaway retreat that we were hoping for. Our teenagers were keen to use the hot-tub but we felt rather conscious of disturbing the peace when other gardens were in constant use.

Fact we could not control the heating. It was cold one evening so we put on the log burner so that made up for it but not sure what it would be like in winter months

We are 4 women that decided to use this cottage as a base to climb Snowdon. The location was excellent and we were only a short drive away. The cottage itself was exceptionally clean and tidy. It had everything we needed. The hot tub was a great bonus too! Lovely neighbours who were incredibly friendly and welcoming to us over the garden fence and even took the time to show us that we could actually see Snowdon from the cottage. Accessing keys was easy with a key safe and the host was available on text message when we needed the heating adjusting. This was actioned immediately at both requests.

The cottage was cold at first as the log burner was none serviceable. As soon as we contacted the house keeper the heating was turned up.. Lovely clean and tidy and will defiantly book again. Hot tub was a bonus after a long walk down swowdon. Highly recommended.
