Отель находиться в уединенном месте,очень красивые виды.До центра города 5 минут на скутере или 10-15 минут прогулочным шагом. Персонал говорит по английский.помогает с выбором экскурсий. Бутик отель,3 этажа .Шикарный современный номер,все необходимое в номере есть.номера большие.рекомегдкю брать номер на 3м этаже с балконом и видом на реку. Вид из номера шикарный. Вкусный ресторан в отеле.завтраки вкусные,европейские и китайские.китайский даже вкуснее,но сытный.фрукты и йогурт домашние.на ужин тоже огромный выбор блюд,цены низкие. Рядом с отелем можно арендовать электро байки,50-70ю на целый день. Мы съездили и на рисовые поля,и на чайную плантацию и в город. Рекомендую брать 3-4 дня в этом отеле,мы были 2 и нам было мало. Можно заказать массаж -делают прям в номере.цена 130-160ю. Чистота в номере,все необходимое,уборка каждый день.тапочки для бассейна и для номера. Чайная церемония внутри отеля. Бассейн чистый,немного хлорированный,но это оправдано в таком климате.

Superb

Nice quiet side of the town, not too far from business and the most famous tourist street if you rent a electric bike. It actually very fun on driving a electric bike.

Pool is not clean. No AC on hallway.

Beautiful, secluded hotel to relax

Definitely a beautiful hotel, no questions asked. It is a bit outside of town in a quite area (except when the boats from Guilin pass through on the river - about 50 boats or so from 12-14h). Good food. They help book local tours for no markup on top of entry tickets

While the food is good, the service in the restaurant (and room service) does not match the ambition of the hotel - it needs to ramp up their processes and ownership. Service hours a bit limited (e.g. breakfast only from 8am onwards), which matters because in the secluded area there are no alternatives by foot. Would book again though as it is a beautiful hotel

Loved it, would definitely come back!

One of my favourite places I’ve stayed in China - clean, stylish, comfortable with good food options (both Western and Chinese). The staff go out of their way to help you - we were really impressed with the service when we stayed.

Heavenly Views.

Room 309 was an excellent mini suite. Very, very posh. Beautiful quite setting. Easy 20 min walk to town. Mostly covered pedestrian path. Buddhist temple at far end of town had incredible views. Definitely worth a visit. Restaurant and staff all very kind and helpful.

Fabulous hotel, amazing views, quiet river location

Very lovely hotel right on the river and quite isolated from anything else so very quiet. Only a 15-20 flat easy walk along the River path to the town. The restaurant does great food I ate every meal there. Both Chinese and Western food is served. Beer, wine and spirits also available. I had a River room room and it was very big and very comfortable. The view was fantastic from the room and balcony. The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. I booked an in room massage 3 times. They helped me book a day trip by bicycle and also booked my transfer to the train station. The staff were very nice and friendly. A great choice highly recommended

Excellent, peaceful and comfortable stay in the nature just a bit outside of the busy tourist areas

We warmly recommend. Beautiful, peaceful and tastefully decorated resort, 25min walk from the town away from the hectic tourist spots. Our stay was comfortable, the rooms were really nice, spacious and had lovely views. The hospitality and friendliness of the staff was outstanding. Special thanks to patiently trying to speak slow and clear Chinese to us beginners (English and apps also worked, communication overall good!). plenty of breakfast choices, also other meals provided. bikes can be rented just next door.

Very good

It's a beautiful place, but you gotta know, you just can't walk to places from hotel, need a taxi. Staff were amazing, wish, breakfast was a little better. Our room was clean and big, the big bathtub was very needed after the countryside and trips we had.

Cold and humid stay

Great view, spacious room, electric blanket do not compensate the overall coldness of the room and bathroom

Room was cold and humid, the hotel is located quite far from the city center, there isn't much to do around. We drove from the airport at night and almost missed the place.

Exceptional

The staff is very friendly and helpful. They can speak decent English and they cater to Western expectations well. The room was clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony is gorgeous. It’s away from the crowds and an easy flat stroll to Yangshuo from the hotel. I’m glad I found this little gem.

It met our expectations in every way - the staff are kind and the place is comfortable.

The staff were lovely and helpful with good English skills. The accommodation was comfortable and clean - everything we hoped it would be. The walk into the town is along the river: safe and scenic. Food was mostly very tasty. Highly recommended!

Location, location, location! Would stay again if in Yangshuo.

Amazing location far from the hustle and bustle of the tourist town - very peaceful with beautiful view of the river and mountains around. 2nd floor with balcony offered one of the best views I have had on any of my vacations. Helpful hosts (speaking English) Swimming pool Breakfast

My friend introduced, very nice hotel, just by the Li River, the view is very good, the food in the restaurant is also very good, the room is clean, sitting in the lobby door looking at the Li River and the mountains, drinking coffee, very casual. Best days gone?! If looking for a headline, that could be it.

The place has received great comments from many travellers before, in particular foreigners and families. With Expats in China, Li River is kind of the recommendation to spend some leisure days in Yangshuo. Still the location beneath the river and surounded by carst mountains is superb. Rooms are ok and in good state, family room a bit small, though. The pool is a great plus and first hand everything looks neat & tidy, but...

...how dare you to deliver such mediocre services, while the same time asking proper money on european level per night? Obviously, something happened to the place, being exposed to more than 2 years of Covid-limbo - but why do you turn that on your guests? One by one: The breakfast is a joke. Even the place booked well, there is only kind of a handful of set breakfasts on offer and when you're done with that mini cup of coffee included, they ask you to pay the next one at hefty 30 rmb! And let's be honest, some cubes of watermelon on a plate is not a fruits buffet. Topping still to come: asking to talk to the manager on duty to express our disappointment - guess what? The answer was "no, not possible!" And guys, after years in China, we are ready to overlook a couple of things, it's a clear no-go, though, that staff takes a table in the restaurant at dinner time first to have meal. In all fairness, food quality was generally good and for us it felt the cook is the only one keeping the place going. Your garden is beautiful, so is your pool, but when did you clean there last time? Stained cushions, greasy watermarks and broken tiles are not welcoming details. And your pool bar... OMG, rubbish everywhere, no one taking care, nothing in working condition, staff sleeping in a chair or having a smoke... could continue the listing here on and on. But, everyone shall take chance for own opinion and for the Li River Resort, I can only hope you'll find way back to your roots - cheerish hospitality & overcome this negligent modus or you probably won't be there anymore soon.

Views, pool and service are top notch

I got a balcony river view, and it did NOT disappoint. The view was incredible. The room itself was comfortable, the bed was good, there was a desk which was good because I unfortunately had to do some work, the shower was nice. The restaurant had tons of options and available at all times until late night, they even held breakfast until 1130. Staff were very nice and welcoming. I really felt taken care of. In-room massages were available for a very reasonable rate (cheaper than you'll find at spas in most cities). Pool was usually quiet with nice greenery around it.

My biggest suggestion would be to put fridges in the rooms. At this level of quality, I would expect that. The cleaning ladies are lovely, but they are very persistent. Even if you put on the Do Not Disturb light they will knock and enter. I was woken up during a sleep in and I had to put the chain up when I was showering just to be sure. I'm only writing these things because they are easy fixes for a wonderful property.

The Li River Resort 🌞

Beautiful location. Very friendly staff who help with organising activities to do in the area. They also helped to arrange a car to and from Guilin airport. Great food in the restaurant. Lovely swimming pool for relaxing in the hot weather. Rooms were very spacious and the balcony had a great view of the mountains and river. A fantastic stay!

Some of the activities listed in the brochure were unavailable. It could do with being updated so it is accurate.

Li River Resort is a great place to admire the beauty of Yangzhou.

All staff were very nice. The food was delicious and the beds were extremely comfortable. The beds were soft like western mattresses. The pool was a really nice temperature. Staff was very helpful in planning trips all over Yangzhou and handled everything from car rides to admission.

Driveway up to the hotel is very steep. The view of the river from the pool was obstructed by trees. It was very busy in July resulting in limited availability of e-bikes and bikes to rent, so I mostly took car rides.

location perfect by the river in mountain with amazing view and also close by west street. service was great, we stayed off season and only guests in hotel was amazing having all place to ourselves,peaceful but didn’t affect service even a bit everything was outstanding,everyone was very helpful and friendly, clean and nice breakfast.

Impressive views in a comfortable room, but pack your coat

This was a room with a view! Every morning, you could see the sun cast its glow across the river and hills nearby as well as the mountains in the far distance. You could even enjoy the Lunar New Year fireworks from the bed. I cannot say enough good things about the room overall. There was a large comfortable bed. There was a desk for work. There was a seating area with a table for card games, a balcony, and an inviting tub. Every spot offered impressive views of the nearby mountains. Breakfast offered a range of options. All of which did the job. Plus, tangerines and snack cakes were always available if you were feeling a bit peckish. Grab a tangerine and enjoy the pleasant riverside walk to Yangshuo. During warmer and busier seasons, you can head back to the resort after a busy day of sightseeing to enjoy the pool. It looks like an excellent place to relax on a sunny day.

Services were limited during our stay due to Lunar New Year. In fact, it felt empty at times with only 1 or 2 other guests in the entire place. (But it was nice to have the place to ourselves.) Common areas of the building were very cold. Staff on duty always wore winter coats -- though this seemed to be a common practice throughout greater Yangshuo. My only complaint around the room was the hairy waxing strips left stuck on shower door.

Beautiful and quite place to stay

We were on our family holliday (We are from Slovakia). Room was big, nice with great view on montains with river. Staff were excellent and helpfully, english speaking. They helped us to schedule our trips. Nice quite place, only 2 km from Yangshuo, and West street. The path to town is going by the river Li, suitable by foot too (by car or bike no problem). Room and hotel were clean, visible that they are taking care of it. We enjoy our stay there, kids liked it.
