This place was awful and we did not spend the night. When we arrived it turned out the place was not "Superior Motel" but "German Colony Guest House" so it was difficult to find, The room had beds with bare mattresses. When I asked why the beds didn't have bedding the proprietor said we wouldn't need bedding. When I asked where the bathroom was he pointed in the direction of some construction noises and said it wasn't ready but it "would be ready soon". We decided against staying under those conditions and went to stay at another hotel nearby.
Everything could have been better, The proprietor was rude and the facility was without bedding (bare mattresses) and without a functioning bathroom. The room didn't look anything like the photos on Booking.com.

Not a lot!
The key for my room had no security. I was told there was a balcony but there wasn't. No tra/coffee facilities in room.

Location
It's staff are rude and dishonest. Despite I paid full amount at the time of booking, it required extra 60% increase in rent on spot in cash without receipt, and refused to accept credit card, otherwise I have to find other places at night in a new place. It has happened to many other guests as I was told. Bad people

Less customers
The manager didn’t know that I’ve booked. Had to ask locals for help. No signs that it’s a hotel. Only in Hebrew and even the locals were confused. At the end an old men who worked next to it told me that it’s the place. It’s not worth the money!

the location
maybe it was a misunderstanding but I was convinced that I will have a private bathroom. no tv in the room nor wifi connection. the room have a door to a parking place and to an industrial area so it was vey noisy. the main door was not made from wood but from painted white glass so the light in the corridor enter the room and no darkness at all during the whole night

Location is good, central.
First of all, we were supposed to stay at the Superior Guest House, instead, they gave up our room to some walk-in guest without reservation and told us to go stay next door. Not what we paid for. Also, my friend left his back pack at the reception on the sofa for a very short amount of time, and when we were back it was gone. We asked the hotel supervisor to show us the cameras, and although he promised he would, he never did which made us think he was the one who took it in the first place. Be careful, no one will help you or assist you. Don't assume that just because the cameras are there your stuff will be safe because it won't. The room we stayed at was completely not what we saw in the advertised photos BECAUSE IT WAS A DIFFERENT HOTEL. Would not recommend this place, nor staff. Disappointed.

Very Poor
Disliked · There's no sign saying Superior guest house. It has only a sign in Hebrew saying just "Hotels". You won't find it unless you know that it is this specific door. We came before 7 PM (check-in deadline) and called the number mentioned in the booking mail. Nobody picked up the phone. The door was locked and if it were not for the guests hanging outside who let us in, we would not have entered.
The reception was empty. We were sitting there for half an hour trying to reach the guy on the phone. Finally another guy came in.
We asked why we were waiting for so long, and he simply said "well, you came during Shabbat". Well, why did you offer your rooms on shabbat than?
He was super rude to us and told us that it is not a hotel but a guest house so we are not in the right to demand anything. "After all", he said, "you can always cancel your booking and get out of here".
It was actually my worst hotel expierience ever. I give it 2 stars and not 1 just cause the room and facilities were ok.
Do something with your staff and - I don't know - take permanent marker and write the goddam name of your hotel on the front door.
Thanks.

The place is next to bus stops, restaurants and the shopping mall.
There was no supervision or any pressance of staff upon my arrival in the evening. Luckily two guests were sitting outside and managed to let me in.
One of which contacted someone to find my room key.
There was no running hot water. I needed to boil a kettle for a shave.
Overall, highly priced for a very basic place to stay. This is not recommended. Highly disappointed.

Our room was right behind the reception which was not very pleasant. When we check in we did not have any towels and only one blanket and we we asked about towels and they said they would bring some. When we returned in the evening there still weren't any towls or a second blanket and the reception was not even occupied. Had to ask via booking and another guest from a dorm room gave us two unused towels from their dorm. Once staff appeared again we asked for a blanket and they said they would bring us one but still didn't ... Super bad service. (apparently we weren't the only ones with this problem as well)
In addition, there were some people (also from the staff) shouting loudly at some point outside until the police came. Don't know what exactly happened but we felt very uncomfortable at the accomodation. Would not recommend going there at all.

The place is very well located, all the cool parts of the city are easily accessible and there is a train station 10 minutes away by walk.
The rooms are not advertised. My room had no window, air conditioning was full on the whole night with no way to turn it off or down, so I was freezing. the staff is never present at the reception. Didnt meet them not even once. The mattress and the bedding was also very old. I know Israel is not a cheap country but this was overpriced for what it was.

The motel is located very close to all public transport connections, the fancy street with fancy restaurants is also near by. The host was very helpful when I had troubles with finding the entrance. There is a cooler with free cold water in the hall.
The air in the room was stale and stuffy.

Clean, quiet and very comfortable place.
Their freezer has very thick ice that needs to be defrosted and their water boiler for coffee and tea needs cleaning, its full of white spots inside.
