Nothing everything was perfect

Facilities - excellent pool with ample sun beds, bar food, and drink was excellent as well. The pool stayed open along with hot tubs till 10. The cottages provided outdoor firepits and BBQ facilities which made it more special.
Cottages were a tad cramp, but overcome by the outdoor verandah and firepits

Loved the facilities and amenities such as: the fire pit, splash pad, jacuzzi and pool. It was great having restaurants on site as well, we utilized them our first night so convenient.
Cabin could have been cleaner, it was not horrible but things like dirt and dust on the base of the shower doors, pocket door for the bathroom was dirty (I wiped it down myself). Behind the tv was very dusty you could see the dust standing and also on the high window sills in the bedroom. I realize this is not a five-star hotel but when you see little things like this it’s makes you wonder about the cleanliness of the bedding (it seemed to be clean and fresh, I always check for hair). I initially booked two-rooms and one was cancelled by facility because they would not have enough time to clean and prepare additional cabin . In the end it worked out the one cabin had ample space.

great location
this is supposed to be a family friendly place and there were drunk people screaming profanity everywhere and well past the curfew of 11pm and no staff enforce any rules.

Heated pools that allowed the kids to enjoy them despite cold and rain. Kids enjoyed the other amenities like racquetball and mini-golf.
No complaints here.

The amenities are great! The pool is huge and I love that it is saltwater! The heated splash pad is a great addition for the kiddos. There’s also an arcade and small area with a pool table. The gym was very nice and open 24 seven which was perfect. There’s a really nice second-story area to hang out along with a bar and grill as well. This is where we spent like 90% of our waking time.
In an advertisement that we saw online it showed blinds in the windows of the bungalows. It turns out none of the bungalows we saw had these blinds so you are at the mercy of the sun when it comes to the brightness of your room. This was not conducive for our kids who normally wake up around 9 AM but instead woke up around 6 AM. And good luck taking naps in the rooms as bright as they are. This was an absolute game changer, as you can imagine becomes pretty exhausting pretty quickly with two little ones. My only other advice is to be ready for the mosquitos in the evening.

The property has all the amenities you could ask for and everything was very well maintained and clean.
Our family of 5 enjoyed the pool and gym as well as the bar (for mom and dad!) The little store on property is BIG convenience. We loved our stay here.
My only complaint was the door to the bathroom. It’s a sliding door but it didn’t lock- or something was wrong with the lock so we just ended up not locking it. It was just my family so not a big deal.
Also since the cottages are very close together it was a shame on our last night we got neighbors who wore VERY inconsiderate of the time (10:30pm) and were blasting music and hollering at their kids. Thankfully by 11:30 they had calmed down and gone inside.

I love how it looks like a little house and I was able to have my own privacy and I love the grill and fireplace.
I didn't like how I had to clean the grill and take out my own trash, the trash cans were a walk. It would have been nice if they provided trash bins at the cottage.also they need updated pans because when I would cook ,the food was sticking really bad and I had put alot of butter.
