🚨 ACHTUNG, VORICHT !!

Durchschnittliches Hotel, zu teuer für das gebotene.

Das Hotel hat einfach nach dem Aufenthalt nochmals 92,43 USD von meiner Kreditkarte abgebucht- kommentarlos. Das war offensichtlich ein Fehler und kann natürlich mal passieren, kein Problem. Das Problem ist allerdings, dass ich seit 2 Wochen Nachrichten an das Hotel schicke - per Booking.com und per E-Mail - mit der Bitte, den Betrag zu erstatten. Es erfolgt KEINE Reaktion. Die Nachrichten werden einfach ignoriert. Ich werde nun andere Wege suchen müssen, um an mein Geld zu kommen.

it was amazing ! we will definitely be staying at more surestays

everything was so perfect and comfortable! super clean , beds were amazing . loved the 24hr front desk . 7/11 was right next to it and was very convenient.

the area was a little concerning . also didn’t like the $100 security deposit. it should be cheaper . someone of us don’t have that type of money to spend $200 just for a place to rest before/after a long drive. I booked the hotel because it looked great for the price of $89 but ended up paying $103 plus another $100 for security deposit could’ve paid the same price for a safer area but the hotel itself was amazing it was definitely worth it .

Staff extremely polite and always willing to find a solution. Congratulations on your employees !!

Wifi kept on disconnecting, spent most of the time incommunicado. Breakfast was a joke. Rooms extremely noisy, I requested to change twice. First change was to a room even closer to the road which did not help at all. On the third day I was moved to a room that faced the back and was finally able to have some rest (in a 5 day trip). Not only the noise was not insulated but also the temperature.

1,000 times better than the other place I had been in the week Friday.

You had a spoon which I didn't have at the other place I stayed at after getting out of the hospital to get cleaned up. Had to eat my cereal and whole milk with my fingers. All that sticky stuff on your body from the IV and heart monitoring. I wanted a bathtub and it is rather expensive for a low income senior after being put in a wheelchair for over fifteen years by my employer Berg Electric out of Escondido. Had some deep vein thrombosis, also known as blood clots. The other place I stayed. All of the machines for ice and other things, were broken. No ironing board with an iron. It probably works but I didn't need it.

Some of the repairs that have been done to the room. Their work isn't up to my personal quality of a job well done. I'd like to do your repairs on the rooms for some extra money. I know for a fact that I can do better than what was done. I took the room on Friday and was told by the front desk that the deal has expired as of tomorrow morning, Tuesday the 28th after asking if I could stay another two nights for the same price.

The property was ok could of been a bit cleaner, or remodeled.

I didn’t like the fact that their was no entrance Theo the back were my room was. The elevator felt like it was going to breakdown it needs to be fixed. At night I walked by some rooms by the lobby and I heard some guys fighting in their room and a guy outside that room and he was the looked out. That made me so uncomfortable. And as well I saw some drug dealing going on in the rooms. We smelled marijuana when you walked by some rooms. In the morning in the lobby their was a lady who looked like she didn’t stay the night at the hotel she looked like homeless and she was eating breakfast wile guest were having breakfast.

Nice bed but you could tell they didn't really clean it there was blood stains on the sheets

The bed was comfortable.

The place had ants really bad there was even ants in the area where they served breakfast. Tons of ants in the room bathroom because the walls were falling apart. There were holes patched up in the room it's like they gave me the worst looking room in the place because I was black had me right next to a camera.They don't really clean the rooms there was a shoe left from the last person's stay. And blood on the sheets.
