need to improve alot of thing.

very far from Dmall..station 1/2/3. Poor lighting. Refrigerator are not workimg. owner provided contact numbers unable toncall and response. difficult to get transport to mall or Station beach. room are different what i see on the booking.com. Tv are not working as well.

Out of the way.

Room was ok. Beaches on the Island are great. Washing machine

Location was well away from anything. No Wine or fruit as advertised. No welcome water, although agent brought us a big bottle after complaining. No soaps or shampoos. No tea or coffee for kettle. Only saving grace was the hop on/off bus,which we paid for.It came past and took us to the great places. It was advertised as free shuttle to shopping area,but not true. The bus finished at 8.30ish.

Quiet place

Bathroom not cleaned, toilet seat was broken, no water as compliment,nothing as like it was shown, No wifi, no tv, no private swimming pool as it was written. Mattress, and everything on bed was so smelly. Wasn’t cleaned, got sick for 3 whole days.

The photo's I uploaded were after our after care before we leave the unit. We left the unit clean.

The location is quiet and a remote area, there's a beach located just nearby and the staffs in the reception are nice and very approachable. They act very professional dealing with client's with problems in the unit. Good job!

First, I booked for 3 units. The first unit they gave us has very bad smell from coming the sink, no internet connection and no tv signal. Then the care taker brought us to another unit with wifi,tv and the place is nice but unit's doorknob is broken, refrigerator handle was broken too (t'was broken by the previous guest's according to the owner), we bought ice cream and freezer was not functioning, and toiletries as per request. 2 additional families came but only 1 room was prepared for them. They arrived at 4pm, a little bit late already in the afternoon to check-in. We asked again the caretaker about the units. To make the story short there's no vacant room for the 3rd family. I was upset because they are not prepared to welcome us to their unit. I booked since last March and paid earlier. What we did we mixed our family just to fit the in the 2 units with their permission. Unfortunately, their units were full and 1 unit has a bad smell. Expect all the units are in not good condition. It was supposedly functioning well as what written to their description here at booking.com but the truth is it's not fully functional. I am following-up the refund for the 3rd unit that we never used. I have good communication with the owner Sir Ben and I spoke personally with the Sir Gilbert who's managing the units. We agreed to fix this problem as soon as possible. I am waiting for a good and positive response.

Its far from the center,and no free shuttle as what they said ,(its was under repair for months)transportation fare for the local tourist is too expensive, the sink was not draining good ,was clogged.beach is quitw fat from the hotel

when we booked, it says there’s a free shuttle bus but sadly it wasn’t working when we arrived. but all in all, very pleasant stay, great place and location. staff were very helpful and friendly.

A quiet-located, new, pretty spacious and fully equipped apartment.

A bit far from everything. Microwave oven was under maintenance, was supposed to be brought back to me quickly. It never happened. Some ustensiles and a pan were dirty.

Ocean Way if our new fave (2nd room)

The place is very clean, comfortable and Away from the Crowded areas. I like how it's Family Friendly w/ amenities and cooking appliances. Save us from buying food outside. The TV signal and wifi are very good. No hassles in check-in and Check out time. Very friendly staff and Gilbert is a Charm! We really enjoyed our stay in the unit/apartment. Looking forward to another future bookings! 🙏😅 rated: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The location was amazing, apartment at the Newcoast was just walking distance to the cove beach which i really fell in love with :) then the HOP shuttle was another help, thanks for advising the KLOOK app, traveling around Boracay was easy

Both sofa bed was not good, it feels over used, not comfortable to sleep

Very comfortable and nice place

I love the place,it's good for people who don't want crowded and noisy place.I already miss the place.Its clean and very comfortable condo.But the Washing machine is not working..

I think about the shuttle van,it's only have every 2hours routine only.And it's starting at 10am free ride.I want an earlier ride so I can spend more time at Bora..well it's free shuttle..It's hard to find transportation and it cost 300 to 400pesos..But it's okay,I love Oceanway ❤️❤️❤️

excellent! it will definitely be my first choice if i am in boracay next time

the staff very friendly and helpful. everything was great.. the swimming pool, the shutter service, the apartment facilities etc.

the bathroom door knob was broken.. so we cant close the door properly while bathing. 🥲 the stove was taking too long to heat my cooking. maybe the pot was not suitable with the stove.

I 100% do not like the property and those staff working. I swear I will not book this property again

Both the breakfast and the location were lacking. On November 6th, they took money off my credit card without telling me. The reservation offers free cancellation and the option of paying later. Since the hotel's administration was unaware of our reservation, no one was prepared for our arrival, which is clearly why the room wasn't ready and was filthy. I was charged for three nights and four days, but because our problems were not resolved, we left the following morning. They rejected my request for a refund.

Since he is the caretaker, it would be preferable if the host would try to resolve the issue rather than responding with the ridiculous statement, "There is nothing he can do." He has a responsibility to attend to the demands of the visitor.
