We had a great stay.

We stayed for 2 nights and it was amazing and comfortable we felt like a home staying here. They provided all the necessities that we needed and it was close to the centre of the city of Pisa and the train station. We will surely be back in the future.

Noisy but convenient.

Great location.

Noise - the apartment is situated above a late bar. (Friday & Saturday especially loud till late). Bathroom not great, poor pressure and in need of revamp.

Un apartamento bonito y funcional.

La amplitud, decoración y detalles.Completo el menaje,a falta de algina sarten,y un solo enchufe para microondas y cafetera juntos, no resulta cómodo.

Hay mosquitos muy molestos y es ruidoso por la noche.

Ampli, però amb instal.lacions no renovades

L'amplitud de l'apartament i la situació, també la facilitat del check-in.

No ens ha agradat la terrassa perquè era plena d'excrements i plomes de colom. Les instal.lacions dels lavabos estan obsoletes. Només sortia aigua calenta a la dutxa. El check-out és a les 10h del matí (creiem que és massa aviat) i si vols marxar més tard et fan pagar un suplement de 15 a 25 euros. El cap de setmana, als bars de la plaça hi ha música molt alta i molt enrenou.

Große Wohnung im Stadtzentrum für Leute mit tiefem Schlaf

Lage im Zentrum. Zimmer waren groß und es gab eine tolle Terrasse und zwei Bäder sowie die Möglichkeit für die Kinder, getrennt zu schlafen und sich nicht ein Doppelbett teilen zu müssen. Es gab ausreichend Bettzeug und Handtücher und die Küche ist für einfache Gerichte gut ausgestattet. Der Supermarkt um die Ecke hat genug Auswahl, um gut zu frühstücken. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war einfach und freundlich.

Ich stimme anderen Meinungen zu, dass diese Wohnung so nicht vermietet werden sollte. Die Cocktailbar direkt drunter ist unglaublich laut, unter der Woche bis 1 Uhr morgens, vor einem Feiertag noch länger und sehr lauter Technomusik, die auch durch Ohrstöpsel dringt. Es ist nicht möglich, zu schlafen. Die Wohnung liegt an einem größeren Platz wo die Leute sich bis spätnachts aufhalten. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es nur einfach verglaste Scheiben, dort zu schlafen wäre noch lauter. Sobald die Bars geschlossen haben, kehrt allerdings Ruhe ein bis die Stadtreinigung kommt. Es gibt sehr viele Mücken in der Wohnung, trotz Fliegengitter und Fliegenstecker, an den Wänden und den Türrahmen sind viele tote Mücken von vorigen Gästen. Die Wohnung ist auf den ersten Blick schön, je länger man guckt, desto mehr fleckige Wände, tote Mücken und Staub sieht man, auch um die Betten herum (bei der Mückenjagd).

Meget pæn og velindrettet lejlighed, godt beliggende, men uhøflig og modvilligt personale!

Beliggenheden og indretningen af lejligheden var fin

Vi oplevede problemer med at få adgang til lejligheden ved ankomsten til trods for, at vi havde givet alle oplysninger, som blev efterspurgt. Den fremsendte kode til nøgleboks var forkert! Vi havde ikke varmt vand i køkken og bad og måtte vente flere dage på, at få det ordnet. Ved henvendelse til personalet blev vi gentagne gange mødt med temmelig modvillig og uhøflig tone.

Great apartment to stay at Pisa with a group.

Amazing decor and location. Great facilities too. It was practical having two bathrooms with each room having its own AC and outdoor space to relax. It’s good of the owners to provide a modern large TV and made the effort to make the apartment look stylish. Beds were comfortable as were the towels they provided

Unfortunately we had a lot of mosquitoes and we got bitten a few times. The property did provide insect repellent but they didn’t work. We didn’t open windows to stop them coming in and we were too scared to use the Terrace in case we got bitten.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of pisa

The whole apartment was beautiful. We especially loved the big terrace. It was indeed a perfect holiday home.

Just take ear plugs if you want to go to bed early, because of the bar below. In our case, it did not bother us at all

Fully equipped and very comfortable apartment in a super location! Local bar downatairs is also a great place to go! It is not loud at all! We had an apartment on 1st floor and it was not disturbing. Recommend this place!

Great location but cleanliness a let down.

Great location and outdoor space.

The showers were awful, very weak and either boiling hot or freezing cold. And it was very dirty when we checked in, with people’s half used products and razors still in the shower and filthy bathroom floors. Also so many mosquitoes everywhere!

Beautiful apartment, excellent location

Beautiful apartment, very well designed and comfortable. Great location and good communication from owners.

The mosquitos! There were many mosquitos upon arrival, although after a few hours with the air con on the mosquitos did disappear slightly. I think better ventilation in the bathrooms would help with the problem.

A beautiful place

The apartment is exactly as presented in the pictures, spacious, clean, in other words amazing. The terrace is also a plus.

The reservation was made for a friend who travelled with kids so this is not a personal review. Unfortunately, they complained that the noise coming from the bars downstairs kept them up all night for 3 nights. And also one bathroom was not functional during their stay (but since there are two in the apartment this wasn't a major issue). Apart from the noise, everything was perfect.

Exceptional

Exactly as on the pictures. Huge cozy apartment in the city center. 2 batrooms, 2 bedrooms and one big living room combined with fully equiped kitchen. Outstanding patio. Very comfy beds and materaces.

You may hear some noises fron ground floor drink bar, but they are not disturbing when sleeping. Besides rhis - all i just wonderfull.

A stylish Pisa pad

A stylish freshly renovated property with every comfort available, including a nice big tv and outside space. Very spacious, and within walking distance of shopping, main sights, and restaurants. Sparkling clean!

The property is located immediately above a cocktail bar which closes around 01:00. Even with earplugs it’s very difficult to drown the noise and vibrations out.
