I will NEVER waste my money with this hotel ever again.

The location and friendly staff. Nothing else.

No kitchenware I was assured would be there. Room was filthy. Socks turned black after 10 foot walk from bathroom to bed. Had to mop the floor myself. Staff would NOT. No coffee pot. No internet. It was totally down.

The location was good. Clean room

The general manager was rude. They say pet friendly, but the general manager called me while I was at the beach to complain about my dog barking. He said he was afraid of other guests complaining.... Not that they had complained... Wasn't friendly about it at ALL!! The rest of the staff was extremely nice. I will not stay there again.

I didn’t like anything about the property

The location the room the bed supposed to have been a queen size but it was a full size and was sitting on a spring . The water kept dripping in the bathroom and only got warm.I cut my stay left 2 days early

Nothing. This has been the most terrible experience we ever had. First of all, when we arrived at 3:30 pm the room was not ready. They asked us to come 45 to one hour later. We came from the beach and had a dinner with friends so we couldn’t even take a shower to get ready for evening.

Staff was so busy that could not take care of guests needs appropriately. The front desk lady mentioned that they were short staffed. Communication between them over the radio was rude. The energy was very toxic in the air. There was smell of marijuana all over the lobby. When we get to the room there were hygiene items available and the cherry at the top was a bag with dirty baby diapers that housekeeping left in the top of the oven. Imagine how was the smell. Then the bed had a side totally down. Springs where making noises the entire night. The shower faucet had a leaking that bothered us all night long. We ended up arriving around 9 pm and leaving at 7:30 am. We stayed just 10 hours not on our fault. At the end the police was in the lobby due to an apparent DV case as the lady was crying and bruised. Very disappointed still fall short.

its less expensive than any hotel

it has little kitchen with fridge, stove and microwave. Clean.

the tv was not working and the bedsheets were not crisps. No toiletries provided. Stove was left like this when i entered the room.

Overall it was a nice place to stay.

It was cleaner than most other hotels I have stayed. I liked that it had a laundry facility and a kitchen. The staff was really nice and helpful.

The floors could have been cleaner. The toilet ran constantly and the faucet on the tub would not turn off all the way so the water constanly had a small running stream. It also smelled like cigarette smoke in the hallways for a non smoking hotel.

not a whole lot. it was a room to stay at I guess. that’s about it.

when we first arrived and went to check in, the person checking us in, claimed we only paid for the first night and still owed another $800 some dollars. I told them this trip was paid in full the day we booked it. he claimed it was not, even though the money was removed from me account the second I hit the book it button. I showed him the amount taken out of my account and the paperwork stating it was paid in full. he looked at it and said that’s not me. that’s booking.com. so after saying I was going to get a hold of booking.com regarding this issue, all of the sudden, he said he made a mistake and that it was paid in full. this was after arguing with him for a while about it. only when I said I’m gonna get a hold of booking.com is when he figured it out. seemed like he just wanted to make some money for himself real quick. he also stated many many times before giving me the key to the room, that the hotel is a smoke free building and that we would be charged $250 if we smoked in the room. this obviously only applies to cigarettes. weed seems to be ok at this hotel. cause the entire stay there, the first floor smelled like weed. stronger at certain times of the day. staff didn’t seem to mind weed being smoked in the rooms. but don’t dare light up a cigarette. the hotel is definitely not as nice as the pictures show it to be. the outside is dirty. trash around the building, and a lot of shady characters hanging around the building 24/7. especially at night. for a women, I wouldn’t recommend going outside alone after dark. shady people hanging around the cars in the parking lot, including your car. walking through the parking lot, and I’m pretty sure I witnessed atleast two drug deals going down in the parking lot. the room when we got in it, wasn’t very clean. the sink had hair and toothpaste all over it. the floor was very dirty. walking barefoot on it, your feet were dirtier after a few steps, then they would be walking through the parking lot barefoot.
