The place was great inside, bad location and not too great service from the host or staff

The size and two bedrooms were comfortable for our stay. The location was too bad and we struggled to get taxis due to the awkward position of the establishment. The host took long or did not even bother to action our complains.

We requested the host to change a broken chair and iron board and it was never done.

Lovely apartment with good sized rooms and great african artwork dotted about.. Beds are comfy. Cafe onsite is handy though very slow service.

Shower constantly leaked leaving the batbtoom floors always wet. We arrived quite late and it would have been nice to have complimentary bottles of water

Our stay was superb. Claudia and her team made it worth the while.

Close to the airport and the venue of my meeting.

Apparently, there was a cut on the fibre cable supplying internet to the facility on the day we arrived as such, wifi was not available. We had to roam our data to talk to family back home. Claudia, Claudine and Enoch tried their best to provide a palliative though, pending when internet service was restored by MTN. It was clearly beyond them and they really tried in managing the situation. I think they should get MTN Mifi for an unexpected incident such as this.

Amazing place and people

I have been around different places and stayed in numerous apartments, but this one was incredible. The customer service provided was extremely top standard. They were always ready to help in any little situation especially the general manager Emefa. She would go beyond and above for customers to ensure you are comfortable.

The apartment is exactly as pictured, new, modern and clean. Local to most things (mall, airport and beach) within 15 minutes - easy for local cabs to locate Wi-Fi, air conditioning and hot water all very good

This gated complex was conveniently located approximately 16 minutes from the airport, and 15-20 minutes from restaurants, lounges and clubs in Osu, Cantonments and East Legon. Uber comfort often takes 15 - 22 minutes to arrive at night so it’s best to request a driver as you begin to get ready. If they arrive before you’re done, don’t worry, in my experience they generally wait (but then again, I always tip!) The area is quiet and safe. There’s a cafe on the courtyard level and a little local shop within 3 minutes walking distance on the main road to grab toiletries and snacks (cash/MTN). Note, the apartment has hand soap, a tiny shower bar, hand sanitizer and paper towels. They provide (1) bath towel, (1) face towel, (1) wash rag in the full baths. I strongly advise that you travel with your own wash rag, towels, body wash, toothpaste, lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. If you don’t have space in your suitcase, all toiletries can be purchased at the local shop within walking distance EXCEPT for the shampoo and conditioner. You could also find a pharmacy within a 5 minute drive BUT I encourage you all to support small local vendors. The gate guys and housekeeping staff were polite and professional. As were the staff in the cafe. The doors to the unit auto-lock behind you which is a good feature (unless you forget your keys). Housekeeping occurs every 4 days only. Excellent water pressure (super strong flow) with hot water available. The apartment also has converter sockets compatible with Europe and North America so there was no need for me to use my adapters

The WiFi is basically non-existent. If your goal is to work remotely, it’s absolutely NOT possible. I would advise you to get a mobile hotspot such as Alcatel from Amazon and travel with it. It was truly one of the biggest disappointments because it impacted my access. Please read the apartment description that discusses the required $200 deposit. You’re able to pay your balance using card BUT I highly encourage you to just pull cedis from the airport or a Stanbic ATM and remit cash. I paid with my U.S. card and was told that the machine did not accept US but rather only cedis. They then converted the US balance to cedis, using a higher exchange rate (152 cedis) resulting in my rental costing almost $100 USD more than what was advertised. It was especially odd since I’ve been using my card in multiple locations and no one did it this way, apart from the apartment complex. That method is normally reserved for converted cash payments (USD, €,£).

The staff went out of their way to make sure that everything was perfect. If I needed anything at all they went out and got it for me. Wonderful place. I would highly recommend this place for anyone traveling to Accra.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. We thank the manager and his staff for their services.

The location was/ is good and provided easy access to many other necessities. All the staff were very professional, courteous and skilled in their various duties.

It will be great if the TVs in our apartment provided CNN and/ or local (popular) TV channels like GTV, TV3 etc. for live news.

cleanliness. Very friendly polite staff that go over and beyond to ensure the stay was perfect. Both enochs, claudia and chefs. burgers downstairs was perfect. security man always greeted us coming in and out of the building (my fav person there) (enoch). he is so politely also manager is a star ⭐️we had no water and he went to the mall and bought us water how kind was that! (hes also my favourite) claudia the cashier is a darling. I most definitely would be staying here again in the near future thanks everyone for ensuring we had a great stay. I cant wait to return well done

Amazing clean tidy. My happy place

I had an absolutely amazing time. From staff Enoch security to manager Enoch. Both of then went over and beyond to ensure my stay was fabulous. I could not be happier with this apartment and the staff. The food is beautiful. Staff are really polite. Very very impressed. I cant wait to come back

It was indeed a worthwhile stay

it is a very nice place in a good part of town and easy access to everywhere. The apartment was beautiful and very spacious and extremely good for family of group in it’s 3 bedrooms. The staff were exceptional and were always ready to assist. The Manager Enoch was more than good, he was always available and made sure the guest had everything they wanted. I will surely come back

the shower in 2B master bedroom should be looked into and the water pressure increased.
